 The boarding house is clean and comfortable, the location is near the market, easy to find food, easy to find transportation to the office too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya masih baru. Bersih. Kamarnya nyaman. lokasinya bagus, gampang cari makan dan transportasi. Managemennya peduli dengan masa pandemi gini rajin semprot disinfektan dan pest control. Jadi aman dan nyaman.
The boarding house is still new. Clean. The room is comfortable. good location, easy to find food and transportation. The management is concerned with the pandemic period, diligent in spraying disinfectants and pest control. So safe and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga dan dan fasilitasnya oke, sebanding nurut saya. Tetapi lebih baik berpikir 2 kali sebelum kost disini. Pertama AC kamar kost ini adalah 1PK, jadi pasti boros sekali bila kalian yang suka ngadem dikamar berjam jam bahkan berhari hari. Kalo malam terdengar suara mesin pompa air yang suaranya berisik banget. Yang paling yang lucunya kunci gembok gerbang milik saya ga bisa buat buka gerbang kost. Ntah pernah ganti gembok dan lupa kasih duplikatnya ke saya atau gimana. Dan terakhir adalah hati hati deposit susah dibalikin saat keluar. Waktu saya masuk dari pihak pengelola bilang deposit min 2 bulan dan sudah tanda tangan formulir beserta perjanjian kostnya yang tertera deposit akan dibalikin dengan min sewa 2 bulan. Tapi saat bulan ke 4 saya mau keluar dari pihak pengelola bilang deposit akan dikembalikan dan di transfer pada tanggal 15. Tapi sampai sekarang tidak pernah dikembalikan. Saya kontak nomor admin pengelola dan malah dikasih nomor lain. Saya kontak nomor tersebut dan malah dikasih nomor lain. Saya kontak lagi dan dikasih jawaban deposit hanya bisa dikembalikan kalo penghuni sewa min 5 bulan. Saya bilang kan sudah ada perjanjian dan saya sudah tanda tangan. Dan jawabannya adalah itu kan perjanjian dengan pengelola lama. Waktu pergantian pengelola kita sudah edarkan perjanjian baru. Padahal saya tidak pernah menerima atau menandatangani perjanjian baru. Yang bisa saya lakukan cuman ihklasin uang dp saya. Noted buat kalian yang mau kost sini mending foto perjanjian saat kalian masuk, kalo perlu scan untuk menghindari hal seperti ini.
The price and facilities are okay, in my opinion. But it's better to think twice before boarding here. First the AC of this boarding room is 1PK, so it must be very wasteful if you who like to cool in your room for hours or even days. At night, the sound of a water pump engine sounds very noisy. The most funny thing is that the lock of my gate lock can not be used to open the boarding gate. Never changed the padlock and forgot to duplicate it to me or what. And finally, caution is difficult to reverse the deposit when it comes out. When I entered, the manager said that the deposit was at least 2 months and the signature of the form along with the boarding agreement stated that the deposit would be reversed with 2 months' rent. But when the 4th month I want to get out of the manager said the deposit will be returned and transferred on the 15th. But until now it has never been returned. I contacted the manager's admin number and was given another number. I contacted this number and was given another number. I contacted again and was given an answer that the deposit can only be returned if the occupants rent min for 5 months. I said there was an agreement and I signed it. And the answer is that it's an agreement with the old manager. The change of time our manager has circulated a new agreement. Even though I never received or signed a new agreement. All I can do is just thank you for my money. Noted for those of you who want to boarding here mending the agreement photo when you enter, if you need to scan to avoid things like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya fikir ada fasilitas mobilnya.. Eh ternyata wajib bayar lagi, dan anehnya harus bayar dimuka. Udah gitu gak bebas jam 12 MLM pagar ditutup gak bisa dibukain sama penjaganya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enak, sepi & tenang, wifi nya walau indihome jg lumayan kencang. Penjaga2 kosan nya ramah2. Air selalu disediakan. Untuk smoker, gazebo untuk merokok nya jg adem dan penuh tanaman jadi segar lihatnya.
Kekurangannya hanya jatuh tempo sesuai dgn tanggal masuk, dan listrik setiap tanggal 25, jadi kalau yg kantor nya gajian suka2 yg penting akhir bulan, sediakan tambahan untuk 1 bln nya, akan lebih baik kalau di prorata saja sih. Tapi sisanya ok bgt!
Delicious, quiet & calm, the wifi even though the indihome is also quite fast. The boarding house guards are friendly. Water is always provided. For smokers, the smoking gazebo is cool and full of plants so it's fresh to see.
The only drawbacks are due according to the date of entry, and electricity is every 25th, so if the office is the important payday at the end of the month, provide an extra for 1 month, it would be better if it was prorated. But the rest is ok!

the boarding house is nice, the room is comfortable. the location is near the mall. close to the market easy to find food. so far okay the boarding house guard is not always adventurous.
