Recomended buat yang ingin cari kost dekat sekali ke UGM.

Fasilitas gak sesuai janji
Dapurnya jorok
Spreinya jorok
Kumuh
Peraturan terlalu ketat
Pemilik kos bisa semena mena masuk kamar kos untuk mengecek
Peraturan tidak lazim
Air sering mati tapi malah disuruh hemat air padahal air adalah fasilitas kok malah penghuni yang harus kerepotan
Terlalu perhitungan dan rewel!!
Banyak anak kos lain yang pindah kurang dalam sebulan walaupun terlanjur membayar selama 6 bulan.

Air panas jarang nyala
Tidak ada tv
Tv bersama diluar saja
Gantungan baju kurang
Tdk ada cermin
Banyak sekali peraturan yang tidak masuk akal
Tidak boleh memaku pdahal gantungan baju tdk ada
Tdk boleh menempel apapun di dinding juga
Sampah membuang sendiri
Bantal hanya dapat satu
Seprai ga diganti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is ok, location is strategic, very expensive for the facilities (no TV, no mirror, dirty kitchen). The worst is that the landlady can deduct the safety deposit for anything without any agreement in front (cleaning this and that) and you don’t know how much it will be, depending on how dirty is your room when you check out. While the agreement says that safety deposit is meant for cases of which you break something (furnitures, bed, etc.) in the room.
