[LETAK]
Letak kost kosan sangat strategis, dekat dengan berbagai fasilitas yang sangat dibutuhkan mahasiswa. Dekat dengan tempat makan, masjid, tempat fotocopy, laundry, dan masih banyak lagi. Berada di lingkungan yang orang orangnya ramah, baik, dan aman. Kalo ada berita kemalingan di daerah pogung, yakinlah kalo yang maling bukan orang sini, soalnya orang pogung dalangan insyaAllah baik baik?
[FASILITAS KOST]
- Dapur bersama
- TV bersama
- Kulkas Bersama
- Kamar Mandi Luar
- Tempat Cuci
- Tempat Jemur
- Air dan Listrik
- Tiap kamar diberikan fasilitas berupa kasur, lemari dan meja kecil
- Ada rooftop, biasa dipake jemur pakaian (cepet kering soalnya panas), kalo sore paling enak nongki di sini soalnya bisa menikmati senja plus pemandangan taman melati dan pogung.

- Pembersihan kost 1 atau 2 kali seminggu
- Wifi (iuran)
ps. banyak fasilitas bersama jadi penghuni harus telaten menjaga dan menghormati penghuni lain.
[KONDISI KOST]
Kost Al Husna bentuknya seperti rumah yang di dalamnya ada banyak kamar, jadinya lebih mudah untuk mengenal dan bersosialisasi antara satu penghuni dengan penghuni lainnya. Tempatnya cukup bersih, kalaupun kotor biasanya itu karena penghuni yang tidak menjaganya. Ukuran kamar 3x3 tapi ada yang kurang dari itu.
[KEKURANGAN]
- Ukuran kost ada yang 3x3 ada juga yang kurang dari itu... tapi bayarnya tetep sama, kebetulan saya dapet yang kamarnya kecil.
- Barang penghuni sering berserakan di mana mana.
- Ada beberapa kamar yang fentilasi udaranya kurang baik, jadi gerah kalo di dalam kamar.

The location of the boarding house is very strategic, close to various facilities that are needed by students. Close to places to eat, mosques, photocopiers, laundry, and much more. Being in an environment where people are friendly, kind, and safe. If there is news of theft in the Pogung area, rest assured that the thief is not from here, because the Pogung is the mastermind, God willing, all are well?

- Each room is provided with facilities in the form of a bed, cupboard and small table
- There is a rooftop, usually used to dry clothes (dry quickly because it's hot), in the afternoon it's best to hang out here because you can enjoy the sunset plus views of the jasmine garden and pogung.

ps. there are many shared facilities so residents must be patient and respect other residents.
[KOST CONDITION]
Al Husna boarding house is shaped like a house in which there are many rooms, so it is easier to get to know and socialize between one occupant and another. The place is quite clean, even if it's dirty it's usually because the residents don't take care of it. Room size 3x3 but something is less than that.
[DEFICIENCY]
- There are boarding houses that are 3x3 and some are less than that... but the payment is still the same, I happened to get a small room.
- Residents' belongings are often scattered everywhere.
- There are some rooms where the air ventilation is not good, so it's hot in the room.
