Disediakan gudang, tempat parkir yg luaaaasss, bisa parkir motor untuk yang di dalam dan untuk yg diluar bisa untuk parkir mobil. Suasananya sangat amat nyaman, lumayan jauh dari keramaian, ada cctv juga. Disediakan tempat untuk menjemur pakaian, ada empat kamar mandi untuk kamar tanpa kamar mandi. Kamar mandinya lumayan besar. Overall is okaayyyyy tavvvvvvvvvvvvvv

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost nya temenkuu, namanya yay wkwk. Semoga kau liat ini. Kostnya nyaman adem, parkiran luas. Banyak kamarnya. Keamanan mantap Krn masing2 penghuni kamar diberi banyak kunci (gerbang luar, gerbang dalam n kamar) mantap dehhh pokoknya.
The boarding house is my friend, his name is yay wkwkwk. Hope you see this. The boarding house is comfortable, cool, spacious parking. Lots of rooms. Security is solid because each occupant of the room is given a lot of keys (outer gate, inner gate and room) it's really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos murah dan nyaman untuk mahasiswa yg ingin fokus belajar karna suasana yg hening bangeeet. Sampe takut klo di kos sndiri wkwk . Murah pula biaya sewanya per bulan. Tapi karna bangunan lama jadi harap maklum fasilitas atau interiornya udh banyak yg harus diperbaiki seperti bak mandi yg bocor dan pintu kamar mandi yg bukanya di geser+ ga bisa rapet dan ga bisa dikunci juga, jdi bikin khawatir klo ada org lewat bisa keliatan. Saran si yg mau kos disini lebih baik kmr mndi dalem yaaa buat jaga" takut ngerasa diawasi. Ada penjaga suami istri. Klo soalnya security insha allah aman krna semua anak pegang kunci masing" dri gerbang-kamar
