★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senang tinggal di kost ini, benar-benar Homey, area kost bersih, design bangunan bagus dan instagramable utk yg suka foto, ibu kost dan ART nya ramah gak segan membantu/menawarkan bantuan. Lingkungannya juga aman, gak berisik, akses menuju jalan raya juga gak jauh, dekat dgn minimarket dan banyak pilihan kuliner di sekitarnya. Rekomen banget untuk yang sedang mencari kontrakan/kost area Tebet, Pancoran, dan sekitarnya! ??
 Nice to stay in this boarding house, really Homey, the boarding area is clean, the building design is nice and instagramable for those who like photos, the boarding house mother and the friendly household member don't hesitate to help / offer assistance. The environment is also safe, not noisy, access to the highway is also not far away, close to minimarkets and many culinary options in the vicinity. Really a recommendation for those who are looking for rented / boarding houses in the Tebet, Pancoran, and surrounding areas! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost disini senang sekali, nyaman dan bersiiiiiihhhhhh....ada fasilitas free cleaning setiap minggu, ganti sprei, dapur juga sll bersih dan rapi. Wifi kenceeeennggg , jd buat WFH nyaman .
The boarding house here is very happy, comfortable and clean .... there are free cleaning facilities every week, changing the sheets, the kitchen is also clean and tidy. Wifi kenceeeennggg, so it makes WFH comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya nyaman, bersih, bagus, masih baru. Suasana tenang. Ibu kos ramah dan sangat helpful. Ada laundry langganan yang bisa antar jemput cucian. Ada mbak yg jaga dan bersihin kamar. AC dicek secara berkala. Lokasi strategis, ke Indomaret tinggal jalan kaki. Recommended.
The boarding house is comfortable, clean, nice, still new. Quiet atmosphere. The landlady is friendly and very helpful. There is a subscription laundry that can pick up and pick up laundry. There is a lady who looks after and cleans the room. The air conditioner is checked regularly. Strategic location, to Indomaret just walk. Recommended.

Very clean (daily cleaned!), newly renovated and very well maintained building with excellent security. Top notch, well thoughts kitchens (fridge, utensils, spacey) and rooms (so nice & comfy, wi-fi and personal TV), finest furnitures, over all beautifully decorated place! Very cosy place indeed. Love it!!
