★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kosnya deket amikom, bisa jalan kaki, kebetulan aku kuliah di amikom.. bersih & saluran udaranya bagus jd ngk pengap .
the boarding house is near amikom, can walk, I happen to be studying at amikom.. it's clean & the air ducts are good so it's not stuffy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos temenku ini. Sesekali k sini. Kosnya bersih n ngk berisik, suasanannya enak, ada dapurnya di lantai atas jd bisa masak. Hehehhehe
Pernah malam2 mampir sini, malam bgt n akses nya ternyata 24 jam alias bebas jam malam. Enak banget kl kos kaya gini mah.
This is my friend's fee. Sometimes here. The boarding house is clean and not noisy, the atmosphere is good, there is a kitchen upstairs so you can cook. Hehehehe
Have you ever stopped by here at night, at night the access turned out to be 24 hours, aka free from curfews. It's really nice when the cost is like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PENIPUAN! kamar sangat tidak layak... Tolong lah mbok ya kalo mencantumkan fasilitas tuh harus sesuai dengan kenyataan. Dalam foto seperti itu kenyataannya tidak ada fasilitas shower, ember+bantal pun tidak ada kita harus bawa sendiri, kasur tambahannya sangat tipis, kamar bau lembab, kamar mandinya bau kecoa dan banyak sekali binatangnya seharusnya kalau ada orang yg mau sewa kost mbok ya dibersihkan dahulu toh kita bayar mahal mahal bukan numpang! Bayaran kost minta lunas dulu tapi fassilitas mbohh. SUMPAH KECEWA BANGET SI KOST DISINI
FRAUD! the room is very inappropriate... Please, if you include the facilities, it must be in accordance with reality. In photos like that, in reality there are no shower facilities, there are no buckets + pillows, we have to bring our own, the extra mattress is very thin, the room smells damp, the bathroom smells of cockroaches and lots of animals, if someone wants to rent a boarding house, it should be cleaned first after all we pay dearly not ride! The boarding fee asks to be paid in full first but the facilities are poor. I swear I'm so disappointed in the boarding house here
