★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkel Mitra Motor ini terletak di Belakang Kampus Universitas AMIKOM Yogyakarta, tepatnya di Jalan Nusa Indah II, Kalau dari arah selatan bengkel ini berada di kiri jalan. Pelayanan servicenya cukup bagus, sarannya datang lebih pagi jam 9 buat daftarkan dulu biar antrinya tidak terlalu lama, dari duli bengkel ini ramai dan akan antri.
 The Mitra Motor Workshop is located behind the AMIKOM University Yogyakarta Campus, precisely on Jalan Nusa Indah II, If from the south the workshop is on the left side of the road. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer tdk selalu ada waktu ke bengkel, jd kalo customer minta tambah perbaikan ini itu & waktu jd lbh lama wajarkan? Kita bayar kok,beli acecories jg ditoko ini.
Kesanya mekanik DIBURU2 buat kerjain lainya.
Klo jmlh mekanik & tempat kurang ya antrian dibatasi aja.
The customer doesn't always have time to go to the workshop, so if the customer asks for this repair and it takes longer, is it okay? How come we pay, buy accessories at this shop too.
It looks like the mechanic is being HUGE for other work.
If the number of mechanics & places is not enough, the queue is limited.

Pelayanan nya jossss..yg punya ramah bgt dan mau bantuin cr spare part kmana2 kalo pas kosong..mba nya jg ramah bgt dr dulu. Teknisi nya suka jelasin lengkap kalo pas qta tanya apa pun. Very very recommended!!
Subscribe to bahela era. Even though I live in the Tamsis area, I am willing to have the service here. The service is good ... it's really friendly and wants to help you with your spare part if it's empty ... it's also very friendly, dr. The technician likes to explain completely when I ask anything. Very very recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas jalan sore, ban bocor. Untung bengkel ini masih buka. Langsung ditangani ganti ban dalam. Menjelang selesai, ternyata ban dalam yang barusan dipasang bermasalah. Tanpa babibu, langsung dibongkar lagi dan diganti dengan yang baru. Bengkel yang sederhana, tapi etos kerjanya bagus. Recommended.
On the evening walk, the tire leaked. Luckily this workshop is still open. Immediately handled the inner tube change. Towards the end, it turned out that the inner tube that had just been installed had a problem. Without babibu, immediately dismantled again and replaced with a new one. Simple workshop, but good work ethic. Recommended.

Pihak bengkel komunikatif dan mau memberi saran mana yang sebaiknya diganti/diperbaiki mana yang tidak. Kalau motor ditinggal, biaya servis dan spare part akan dikabarkan lewat WA. Dan memungkinkan untuk menolak pergantian spare part tertentu.
Antrian lumayan lama kalau di jam" sibuk. Jadi disarankan untuk datang ke sini pagi hari.
Satisfactory service and quite pocket friendly.
The workshop is communicative and willing to give suggestions which ones should be replaced/repaired which ones should not. If the motorbike is left behind, the service and spare part costs will be reported via WA. And it is possible to refuse certain spare part changes.
The queue is quite long at busy times. So it is recommended to come here early in the morning.
