★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk harian disini ga rekomen karena kamarnya tidak dibersihkan terlebih dahulu sebelum tamu datang. Debu tebal dr lantai sampai dinding. Yang alergi pernafasan seperti saya susah banget adaptasi. Padahal lumayan harganya 200rb permalam
For the daily, there is no recommendation because the room is not cleaned first before guests arrive. Thick dust from the floor to the walls. Those with respiratory allergies like me have a hard time adapting. Even though it costs 200 thousand per night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan nyaman karena berada di lingkungan polda diy, selain itu dekat dengan masjid, suara adzan langsung kedengaran jelas. Kamar kos tidak berdampingan dengan rumah pemilik kos karena pemiliknya tidak di jogja dan hanya ada penjaga kos.
Disini juga menerima penginapan harian dan bulanan. Harga penginapan untuk semalam dikenakan biaya Rp. 200.000 per malam (harga 2018, juni)
Dibagian dalam kamar, untuk kamar AC lumayan luas berbeda dengan kamar tipe Non AC yang luasnya sedikit lebih kecil di bandingkan dengan ukuran kamar AC. Seluruh kamar berfasilitas kamar mandi dalam, toilet duduk, dan shower. Wifi juga tersedia disini, sayangnya hanya kamar2 tertentu saja yang mendapatkan jaringannya
Overall, menyenangkan dan lumayan
Quite comfortable because it is in the area of Polda DIY, besides that it is close to the mosque, the sound of the call to prayer can be heard clearly. The boarding house is not adjacent to the boarding house owner because the owner is not in Jogja and there are only boarding house keepers.
Here also accept daily and monthly lodging. The price of lodging for one night is charged Rp. 200,000 per night (prices 2018, June)
Inside the room, the AC room is quite spacious in contrast to the Non AC type room which is slightly smaller than the size of the AC room. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, sitting toilet and shower. Wifi is also available here, unfortunately only certain rooms get the network

Parkiran luas untuk mobil dan motor, lokasi strategis, deket mall Hartono, deket RS JIH, deket kampus (UGM, UPN, Instiper, STIE YKPN), fasilitas cukup untuk kost2an (AC, tempat tidur, lemari, meja, kamar mandi dalam dan shower, wifi).
Delicious & comfortable.
Overall satisfied...
Prices according to facilities:
Spacious parking for cars and motorbikes, strategic location, near Hartono mall, near JIH Hospital, near campus (UGM, UPN, Instiper, STIE YKPN), sufficient facilities for boarding houses (AC, bed, wardrobe, table, private bathroom and shower) , wifi).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost yang lokasinya sangat strategis (seberang Hartono Mall, samping masjid POLDA DIY, sekitar 50 m dari JIH, dekat dengan Kampus UPN, UII, UGM).
Kamar kost terpisah dengan rumah induk.
Halaman parkir sangat luas.
Fasilitas: AC, WIFI, Kamar Mandi dalam (closet duduk & shower).
The boarding house is very strategically located (across from Hartono Mall, next to the POLDA DIY mosque, about 50 m from JIH, close to UPN, UII, UGM Campus).
The boarding room is separate from the main house.
The parking lot is very spacious.
Facilities: AC, WIFI, En suite bathroom (closet sitting & shower).
