★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjaga kos sangat ramah dan mendengarkan saran penghuni. Suasana di dalam kos juga sejuk dengan kolam ikan dan konsep ruang terbuka. Harga kos juga wajar. Yang perlu diperbaiki dari kos ini adalah jaringan sinyal hp dan wifi yang kurang dapat dijangkau di lantai pertama dan lumayan banyaknya nyamuk.
The boarding house keeper is very friendly and listens to the residents' suggestions. The atmosphere in the boarding house is also cool with a fish pond and an open space concept. The boarding price is also reasonable. What needs to be improved from this boarding house is the cellphone and wifi signal networks that are less accessible on the first floor and quite a lot of mosquitoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ngekos disini, dan alhamdulillah sudah setahun masih betah. Jalan kaki dan naik motor ke FT kurang lebih 8 menit. Parkiran mobil cukup buat 4 mobil, mungkin 5 kalau dipaksakan.
Yang membuat nyaman, kosan ini sangat homey suasananya, ada common room di setiap lantai dengan meja besar dan papan tulis untuk belajar bareng, serta dapur (tidak semua lantai ada kompor dan kulkasnya). Parkiran motor juga cukup luas walaupun tidak menjamin kering saat hujan (ada atapnya tapi motor saya tetep basah wkwk). Kos ini juga menyediakan laundry dan kamar dan kamar mandi bisa diminta untuk dibersihkan setiap 2 minggu sekali. Di atap gedung C juga bisa untuk mencuci-cuci.
Kurangnya, saat hujan deras, kosan ini sedikit banjir di jalan depannya (jalan mandor goweng) karena tadinya merupakan daerah empang yang diuruk (kata warga sekitar). Teman juga tidak boleh menginap, agak sulit kalau sedang ada proyek kampus yang membutuhkan untuk lembur (kayaknya standar semua kosan di kukusan begini sii)
Secara umum dengan suasananya yang asri di depok yang gersang, kosan ini lebih dari cukup lah..
I stayed here and thank God it's been a year. Walk and ride a motorbike to FT approximately 8 minutes. Car parking enough for 4 cars, maybe 5 if forced.
What makes it comfortable, the boarding house is very homey atmosphere, there is a common room on each floor with a large table and a blackboard to study together, as well as a kitchen (not all floors have a stove and refrigerator). The motorcycle parking area is also quite extensive although it does not guarantee dry when it rains (there is a roof but my motorbike is still wet). This boarding house also provides laundry and rooms and bathrooms can be requested to be cleaned every 2 weeks. On the roof of building C can also be washed.
The lack of it, when it rains heavily, the boarding house is a bit flooded in its front road (goweng foreman road) because it was a damped area (residents said). Friends also can't stay overnight, it's a bit difficult if there is a campus project that needs to work overtime (I guess the standard for all the boarding houses is like this)
In general, with a beautiful atmosphere in Depok that is arid, this boarding house is more than enough ..
