Cheap daily board next to the UI nail gate. The manager is friendly, the place is clean and comfortable. Can be for guys or girls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cascade house consists of 3 towers. It's equipped with wifi and genset.the location is near the entrance for engineering campus of University of Indonesia.
The access road enough for 1 small car, but they have relative large parking for car and motorcycles. Larger than most of buildings in that area have.
The room equipped with cupboard, bed, study tabke and chair, also TV and aircond, with bathroom inside each room.
Also there are several bungalow for group studies, because guest can not enter bedrooms, and they have limited visit hour.
Every floor has a small pantry with ready LPG stove and hot and cold water dispenser.
They provide laundry also with separate charge for the room.
It's a clean, good and safe rented room for university students.
