Only for students, the place is very strategic, many places to eat, very close to the UI campus, the distance to the hospital is also quite close - + 1/2 km

Ada 3 lantai, lantai 1&3 tidak berAC lantai 2 khusus yang berAC.
Ada 2 gedung untuk mahasiswa perempuan (gedung sebelah kanan) dan laki laki (gedung sebelah kiri) ditiap gedung ada :
*tempat parkir motor di dalam & mobil luar gedung
*cctv
*tiap kamar ada lemari, kasur, kamar mandi + wc (duduk)
*TV di tiap lantai 1&2
*dapur lengkap dengan kulkas
*Ada ruang pertemuan di lantai 1&3 , bisa untuk belajar kelompok
*satpam
*teteh (besih2 dapur & koridor) sampah diambil setiap pagi
untuk biaya per bulannya 650.000 belum termasuk listrik *juli 2017
Listrik per 1 barang elektronik 25.000/bulan (laptop & hp gratis) *juli 2017

tempatnya sangat strategis, lokasi yg sangat dekat dengan kampus UI khususnya jurusan Vokasi dan Tekhnik,
hanya berjarak - + 1/2 km ke RS Permata Ibu.
