★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirim 2 paket manual salah tempel alamat jadi salah kirim barang. Petugasnya kalau lagi kerja kebanyakan ngobrol jadi ga fokus ke paket yang sedang di input tolong di perhatikan kembali terutama karyawan yang perempuan.
Sending 2 manual packages, wrong address, so the wrong item was sent. The officers when they are at work, they talk a lot so they don't focus on the package being inputted, please pay attention again, especially female employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon kepada petugasnya agar lebih profesional dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggannya..pengalaman pribadi biasanya saya setiap kali kirim barang ke sini bagus tapi hari ini mungkin bisa dijadikan masukan agar petugasnya tdk sewenang2 sama pelanggan..tidak ada alasan karna bertugas sendiri..kebetulan hari ini petugasnya sendiri wanita.. sudah salah dalam pengetikan alamat dan daerah di resinya dikasihtau baik2 malah lebih galak ..padahal alamat sudah jelas tertulis dipaketnya.mohon perhatiannya terima kasih
Please ask the staff to be more professional in providing services to their customers.. My personal experience is usually good every time I send goods here but today maybe it can be used as input so that the officers are not arbitrary with customers.. there is no reason for working alone.. today happened to be the officer himself is a woman.. it has been wrong in typing the address and the area on the receipt is well informed, even more fierce .. even though the address is clearly written in the package. please pay attention, thank you
