 Affordable boarding house in Setiabudi area. The front road is wide, not a small alley. There is motorbike parking, wifi, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat bersih, tenang, tidak sumpek, penjaga ramah dan aman. Harga bulanan Sudah termasuk listrik dan laundry. Ada juga paviliun di bagian depan dengan biaya tahunan. Termasuk terjangkau dan cenderung murah untuk kawasan setiabudi. Nice place to stay.
The place is clean, quiet, not cramped, the guards are friendly and safe. Monthly price Includes electricity and laundry. There is also a pavilion at the front with an annual fee. Including affordable and tend to be cheap for the Setiabudi area. Nice place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya ok. Nyaman. Gak berisik. Mau cari makan banyak tinggal jln kaki. Kemana2 dekat. Setahun nginap disini nyaman. Gak enaknya ada juga tapi yah minim lah gk terlalu menggangu. Seperti wc agak bau & lembab. Suka netes air dr atas, terus ac suka bermasalah. Terus penjaga kosan suka ganti 3bulan pasti ganti. Padahal udah nyaman & kenal sama penjaga kosannya. Terus ibu kosan rada tegas ke galak. Tapi yah baik sih ibunya. Jalan akses rada sempit. Parkir suka penuh klo hari libur. Udah itu aja. Selebihnya nyaman semua
The place is ok. Comfortable. It's not noisy. Want to find a lot of food, just walk. Everywhere near. A year of staying here is comfortable. It's not good, but it's minimal, it's not too annoying. Like the toilet a bit smelly & damp. Like water dripping from above, then the air conditioner likes to have problems. Then the boarding house keeper likes to change for 3 months, definitely change. Even though I am comfortable & know the boarding house keeper. Then the boarding house mother was firm to fierce. But the mother is fine. The access road is rather narrow. Parking like full on holidays. That's all. The rest is all comfortable
