Clean, comfortable, complete facilities: mattress, cupboard, wifi, shared tv, kitchen, place to dry and wash clothes. There is a bathroom inside, there is an outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat yang cukup nyaman untuk melangsungkan studi atau bekerja. Terdiri dari 11 kamar dengan wc dalam dan 6 kamar dengan wc luar. Terakhir harga kamar wc dalam 850 ribu dan kamar wc luar 700 ribu yang dihitung pertahun kenaikannya. Lokasi dekat dengan masjid, jalan raya gejayan, ringroad utara dan UGM. Keamanan cukup walau hanya gembokan pintu utama. Kamar wc dalam cukup terbatas ruang nya karena area wc tidak terpisah dari ruang kamar. Hujan yang cukup deras dapat membasahi sampai jemuran handuk bagi kamar dengan wc dalam. Parkiran motor sangat terbatas dan dapat menjadi sangat sempit terutama ketika ada tamu yang menginap. Pemilik kos ramah dan hampir setiap hari dapat ditemui.

Motorcycle parking is very limited and can be very narrow especially when there are guests staying overnight. The owner of the boarding house is friendly and can be found almost every day.
