★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya murah, tempatnya luas dan terawat. Hanya menyediakan bulanan, tidak ada harian dan mingguan. Pelayanannya dapat ditingkatkan lagi, khususnya keramahan pelayanan.
 The boarding house is cheap, the place is spacious and well maintained. Only provide monthly, no daily and weekly. The service can be improved again, especially the friendliness of service.

Nice and clean boarding house. comfortable too. strategic location close to many places to eat and public facilities. the owner of the boarding house is also very friendly and informative. recommended for those who are looking for a boarding house in the Kuningan area.

This place has great price for its location, the building is clean, you get a free laundry every morning and free drinking water, plus you can ask your room to be cleaned.
The owner is very helpful and responsive to the tenant request.
I honestly recommend you to stay at this place, considering you will also get a nice neighborhood area with a lot of food.
