★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempat ngekost disini dari juli 2018-juni 2020, bapak dan ibu kostnya baaiikk bgt, kostnya terawat dan bersih, setiap hari disapu dan dipel?? lokasi strategis, dekat tempat makan, tempat ibadah, laundry, bengkel, rumah sakit, galeria mall, dll
fasilitas: meja belajar, ranjang + sprei, bantal, guling, lemari besar dua pintu + cermin fullbody, kipas angin, kamar mandi dalam (kloset duduk & shower), free wifi, dan free air. Setiap lantai ada dapur yg sudah disediakan kompor gas dan gasnya.
Tempat jemurannya luas jadi ga bakal rebutan space. Last, tempat parkirnya jg cukup luas. This place is worth the price!! Very Recomended!
 Had boarded here from July 2018-June 2020, the boarding house ladies and gentlemen were really good, the boarding house was well maintained and clean, every day it was swept and located in strategic locations, near places to eat, places of worship, laundry, workshops, hospitals, gallery malls, etc.
facilities: study table, bed + bed sheet, pillow, bolster, large double-door wardrobe + full body mirror, fan, private bathroom (sitting toilet & shower), free wifi, and free water. Every floor has a kitchen that has been provided with a gas and gas stove.
The clothesline is spacious so there won't be fighting over space. Lastly, the parking lot is quite wide. This place is worth the price !! Very Recommended!
