★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan untuk fasilitas, tapi sekarang sudah jarang dibersihkan karena ibu kos sudah pindah tangan serta parkiran terlalu sempit karna padatnya motor.
Not bad for facilities, but now they are rarely cleaned because the boarding house has changed hands and the parking lot is too narrow because of the density of motorbikes.

Untuk kamar, terdapat berbagai macam ukuran dengan fasilitas dasar seperti kasur, lemari, dan meja sudah terpenuhi. Area kos yang strategis dan relatif dekat dengan kampus UNY membuat kos ini menjadi salah satu pilihan utama. Namun tidak terdapat parkir mobil, hanya motor saja yang bisa masuk ke kos ini, mobil diparkir di pinggir jalan yang juga sudah sempit.

Strategic boarding area and relatively close to UNY campus makes this boarding house one of the main choices. But there is no car park, only motorbikes can enter this boarding house, the car is parked on a side street which is already narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu kostnya baikk dan ramah, untuk fasilitas kamar sudah cukup lengkap, ada meja, kursi, kasur, lemari, bantal. Lokasinya strategis dekat kampus, di samping gerbang masuk asrama, terdapat warmindo dan juga ada tempat fotocopy, dekat dari alfa dan indo.
The boarding lady is kind and friendly, the room facilities are quite complete, there are tables, chairs, mattresses, cupboards, pillows. The location is strategic near the campus, next to the entrance to the dormitory, there is warmindo and there is also a photocopying place, close to alpha and indo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kostnya ramah buaanget. Menurut saya harga kost hariannya murmer bagt dan worth karena letak kost juga cukup strategis. Deket masjid, deket IP, deket gacoan, deket warung. Parkir aman. Overall saya senang meskipin beberapa spot mnrt saya cukup kotor dan kurang rapi tp kalau hanya untuk transit istirahat harian okelah..
The boarding lady is very friendly. In my opinion, the daily boarding price is cheap and worth it because the location of the boarding house is also quite strategic. Near the mosque, near IP, near gacoan, near food stalls. Secure parking. Overall I'm happy even though some of the spots according to me are quite dirty and untidy but if it's only for transit for daily rest it's okay..
