Ga ada ramah"nya sama sekali, kosnya emang bagus, tapi penjaganya sangat tidak ramah dan bikin ngga nyaman siapapun yg kesitu. oiya, Kata temenku kalo pemilik kanar ga dikos suka dibuka-buka kamar kosnya, Bikin risih. Tidak jauh dari bberapa kampus ternama di jogja. Untuk biaya kos sebanding dgn fasilitas yang diberikan seperti; ac, tv led 32", wifi, springbed, almari, mejakursi belajar dan kamar mandi dalam. Tersedia juga mini kicen. Jika kamu memerlukan tempat kos segera hubungi pengelolanya.
