1. Ibu kos yg ramah.
Doi pengertian, perhatian dan care sama penghuni kosnya. Just like you own mom when you're away from home.
2. Harganya murah.
Sebulan cuma 400rb, harga yg sulit ditemukan untuk kos cewek sekitaran kampus UMY.
3. Kos dekat kampus.
Jarak kos dan gerbang utara kampus jalan kaki-able.
4. Urusan perut?
Kos mawaddah menyediakan dapur umum, gak jauh dr kos mawaddah banyak pilihan warung makan yg sesuai selera maupun kantong.
5. Dekat dengan masjid.
Buat muslimin/muslimat gak perlu khawatir ketinggalan shalat di masjid krn jarak yg jauh krn jarak masjid terdekat bisa ditempuh dgn waktu 2 menit berjalan kaki.
6. Dekat pasar gamping, pasar buah, pusat oleh".
Buat belanja harian atau jajan malam, akses jd lebih mudah.
*saya hanya seorang mantan anak kos mawaddah yg bersyukur bisa terselamatkan kos mawaddah yg bisa di huni bersama istri dan dibayar bulanan. Sangat menolong diakhir masa kuliah.
Why is the mawaddah boarding house one of the perfect kos around Umy;
1. Friendly boarding mother.
Doi understand, care and care for the residents of the boarding house Just like you own mom when you're away from home.

For Muslims / Muslims, you don't need to worry about missing your prayers at the mosque because it's a long distance because the closest mosque can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.

For daily shopping or evening snacks, access is easier.
* I am just a former kos Mawaddah child who is grateful to have been saved by a boarding house which can be lived in with my wife and paid monthly. Very helpful at the end of the college period.
