★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga terjangkau sekitar 400 ribu aja dibandingkan kost lainnya di kawasan Ringroad barat sudah diatas 500 ribu, kamar mandi walaupun di luar tapi banyak jadi aman buat kalian gak usah khawatir antri buat mandi. Kamarnya juga luas, ada kamar yang kecil harga juga beda kok lebih murah lagi. Parkiran cukup lah, ada WiFi, kamar isi meja kursi lemari dan kasur. Recommended banget letak juga strategis karena berlokasi di depan kampus BSI dan hanya 5 menit untuk sampai ke STIKES univ. A.Yani dan UMY. Dekat warung, Alfamart dan pasar gamping. Pokoknya OK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cheapest kost i've ever known, but i felt uncomfortable coz it has night time, the kost will be closed at 10pm by uyut, and we can't get free anymore. luckily my room was in the front of the kost so i can order food easily in the midnight :)
