Saya tlp 2 kali ke no kntr gak diangkat, 1x nya sibuk, stlh itu sy tlp lagi kembali gk diangkat berkali2. akhirnya sy WA, awalnya dibls. sy minta hrga diksh, stlh itu sy tanya proses pembuatan brp lama smpai hr ini tidak dibaca maupun dibalas. Padahal jelas-jelas online. Saya kembali chat ttp tidak direspon. Tolong ditingkatkan servicenya, sy kira awalnya bagus ternyta servicenya malah kyk gini.
Bad service. I called 2 times to the office number, it wasn't picked up, 1 time it was busy, after that I called again and it wasn't picked up many times. I finally WA, initially blocked. I asked for a price, after that I asked how long the manufacturing process took until this day, neither read nor replied. Though obviously online. I returned to chat but there was no response. Please improve the service, I thought it was good at first, it turns out that the service is like this.
