★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelebihan :
- lt 3 viewnya bagus
- cukup aman
- Security yang jaga kostan baik
Kekurangan :
- Internet suka putus.. pas komplain malah kita yg dimarahin katanya kamar lain gk komplain (padahal gw tanya yg lain ternyata uda cape komplain)
- Ibu & Bapak yang jaga kostan br*ngsek banget terutama mulutnya kasar (Kasian pembantunya dibentak2 terus sama ibu kostnya)
- Suka tiba2 disuruh tambah bayar kostan tanpa ada pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu (Hati-hati kalo gk bayar jaminan potong)
- Baju dari laundry disini apek & suka ketuker/hilang
- Tidak ada dapur/kulkas
Sbnrnya kostannya cukup oke kalo ibu2 yg jaga kostan dipecat ato diganti..
tapi masih bykan kostan yg lebih baik di jalan anggrek, karbela & pedurenan mesjid..
 Advantages :
- lt's 3 views are good
- safe enough
- Security that keeps a good boarding house
Deficiency :
- The internet likes to break up ... even when we complain we are told that other rooms don't complain (even though I asked the others, it turns out I was tired of complaints)
- Ladies and gentlemen who take care of the boarding house are very rude especially their mouths are rough (Pity the maid is being yelled at by the same boarding mother)
- Like suddenly being told to add a boarding fee without prior notice (Be careful if you don't pay a guaranteed cut)
- Clothes from laundry here musty & like ketuker / missing
- There is no kitchen / fridge
The boarding house is okay if the housekeepers are fired or replaced ...
but still better kostan on the way of orchids, karbela & the mosque's pedurenan ..

- : Pengurus kos nya (terutama yang wanita) BERISIKnya minta ampun, ga bisa ngomong dengan volume normal (harus minimal kedengeran sampai kecamatan sebelah), tidak sensitif sama sekali dengan hak-hak penghuni kos yang membutuhkan ketenangan dan ketenteraman
- : Pengurus kos tidak solutif, sudah berkali2 ditegur mengenai pest control (banyak tikus dan kecoa di sini) tapi tidak ada itikad maupun inisiatif untuk mencari solusi
- : Hasil pakaian yang dicuci sering kali masih harus dicuci ulang lagi
+: The guards and household members are good
-: The boarding house caretaker (especially the female one) IS RUSH asking for mercy, can't speak at a normal volume (must be at least heard up to the next sub-district), is not at all sensitive to the rights of the boarders who need peace and serenity
-: Boarding house management is not a solution, have been repeatedly warned about pest control (lots of rats and cockroaches here) but there is no intention or initiative to find a solution
-: Washed clothes often need to be re-washed again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada 2 Bangunan utama di kosan ini. Kamar utama & kamar mandi sangat luas di bangunan lama, sedangkan di bangunan baru tidak begitu luas. Bisa parkir mobil disini & Fasilitas mantap, ada air panas, AC, free laundry, free WiFi unlimited... Harga termasuk terjangkau di banding yg lain..
Sedikit kekurangan cuman di toilet bangunan lama yg mulai muncul kerak dilantai yg susah dibersihkan dan sinyal UHF TV jelek. Overall, sangat nyaman..??
Btw, di lt 3 ada tempat utk nongkrong dgn pemandangan pusat kota yg amazing..
There are 2 main buildings in this boarding house. The main room & bathroom are very spacious in the old building, whereas in the new building it is not so spacious. Can park the car here & facilities are great, there is hot water, air conditioning, free laundry, free unlimited WiFi ... Prices include affordable compared to others ..
A little lacking only in the toilet of the old building which started to appear crust on the floor which was difficult to clean and the UHF TV signal was bad. Overall, very comfortable ...
Btw, on the 3rd floor there is a place to hang out with amazing views of the city center ..
