★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banyak tikusnya walaupun lokasi strategis tp keamanan tidak terjamin. Air sering mati, wifi ada tapi tidak dapat digunakan juga.
 Many rats even though the strategic location but security is not guaranteed. Water often turns off, wifi is there but it can't be used either.

The location is quite strategic, but unfortunately the building is poorly maintained. Wifi often doesn't work properly. When there is a problem at the boarding house, handling is also long.
