β β β β β Cheaper amongs others in the same location. The price include refrigerator, hot water, your room will be cleaned up twice a week and the bed cover will be changed once a week.

β β β β β Room is good and wide enough, I think the room size is 3x4. This is a good choice for people who is looking for a budget room for long stay near Kuningan area. Unfortunately car parking is usually full so if you bring car maybe it is not a good choice for you. But it is ok for motorcycle. The room has refrigerator and window, but if you on the 1st floor you can see nothing from the window. You have a tv in your room but a CRT. The bathroom has hotwater. A sharing kitchen only on 1st floor. You will get laudry for 4pcs a day too.
