Usually police stations have people working there that cant be arsed to do their job, or ask for a little money in return for a faster process. My process went smooth and the policeofficer even cracked a few jokes. What a helpful person. Definitely changed my perspective on Indonesian law enforcement. Good job! WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK, hopefully not forced.

Check and submit documents, take the fingerprint and photo, waiting 5 minutes for get the license book.. Bravo to all goverment service with excellent service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lightning fast service, friendly staffs, and no hassles at all. Just bring passport, KTP, 4x6 photo with blue background, and 250k fee and you are all set. Only take 15 minutes to finish the international driving license. The waiting lounge is comfortable, all staff are friendly, no hidden fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to pick up my international driving license and everything went so smooth. The process is also clear and very very fast. The only downside is the place location is inside a very small road so it's quite challenging for cars.

Location was not easy to find because there was construction.
Went early at 8 AM. No long queue. As I arrived, I simply needed to take the queue number by the door. Then asked for the form to fill out and wait until my turn was called.
I probably only waited for 10mins. Then did the fingerprints, gave the form and other documents, paid, waited another 5 minutes and voila done.
There are charging ports, AC, enough chairs. All was good and nice. Easy.
