★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here this afternoon to extend C driving license, good and fast services only around 5 mins. FWI, for C driving license it cost IDR190, except if you bring own insurance and health report (only accaptable from RS Mayapada and RS OMNI).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was applying my driving license renewal this morning. Service was started on time (open hours : 10.00 am - 04.00 pm, weekdays, Saturday. Close on public holidays). The officers were communicative, worked fast and efficiently. I got the queue no. 6, and all of the process completed (from queueing till i got my renewed DL) within no more than 15 mins.
This subsidiary office only serves for renewal of SIM A (regular) and C that have not yet been expired.
The fee = 195K IDR for SIM A. and 190K IDR for SIM C.
Next to the office, there is also GERAI SAMSAT for STNK renewal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewal for licensed SIM A & SIM C cost IDR 300,000, I don't know the exact cost according the regulations because we didn't get any receipt after we paid to the officer.
The officer very helpful and communicative, the service very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on Saturday around 12:30pm.
Once I came I needed to submit 2 copies of ID card and filled out a form to request the driving license renewal.
(Just an aid if you don't have any copy of your ID card, you may copy your ID card at Gerai Samsat next door but it costs 5K for 2 copies)
Since I came at lunch time so I should wait until 1:30pm. The process was quite fast, I needed to wait for my name being called, confirmed my identity, then being asked few questions related colour blindness and health, then took picture and finger prints then, voila, it's done!
You'll be offer to laminate the driving license card for 10K, but it's optional.
The location is near Gold's Gym, it has many seats at the corridor so we can wait comfortably and apply the physical distancing.
