★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara keseluruhan untuk hasil potong yang saya dapatkan cukup baik. Namun untuk pelayanan nya kurang. Semoga kedepannya dapat diperbaiki untuk pelayanan nya agar ramah dan nyaman diajak berbicara
 Overall for the cut that I get is quite good. But the service is lacking. Hopefully in the future it can be improved for the service so that it is friendly and comfortable to talk to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin aku kesini buat potong rambut dan hair spa. Aku sangat kecewa karna:
1. Mbanya tidak ramah2
2. Saat dipijat, pijatannya sama sekali tdk berasa. Aku udh blg minta dikencengin sampe 2x tp mbanya ga nambah tekananannya malah mijetinnya kayak sambil melamun. Smoga masalah mbanya segera berakhir. Trus pas di hair spa ini kerasa krimnya dikit. Dan pas dikasih handuk, mbanya kayak ga niat masanginnya dan bentuknya ga rapi. Mukaku aneh banget :((( padal tmnku satunya handuknya dipasanginnya sm mbak yg lain bisa pas gitu dan ga lepas2.
3. Dan yg paling mengecewakan adl saat aku nunggu dikeringin. Pas udh giliranku dikeringin, mbanya kayak ngawul2 rambutku (ya kayak dikebanyakan salon pas ngeringin lah). Trus pas udh slsai, rambutku dibiarin berantakan dan aku dikasih sisir trus disuruh nyisirin sendiri.
Padahal, temenku yg juga treatment yg sama dan di hair drying sm mba yg sama, malah sampe diblow 2x rambutnya. Sedangkan aku didiemin dan masih berantakan rambutnya dan langsung dikasih sisir "nih mba". Disini superrr kecewa banget.
Padal dsni lumayan murah. Tota cmn abis 47rb udh tmsuk vitamin rambut.
Mba yg ngeramasin sm yg ngehair spa orgbya sm. Mba yg motong rambut kayaknya ownernya gitu. Ga terlalu suka sm hasil potogan rambutnya karna ga pas sm brntuk mukaku tp yodah gpp. Tp yh bener2 ngecewain mba yg ngehair drying.
Disini customersnya so far yg kulihat adl mba2 sosialita. Nah, aku berasumsi (whicj blm tntu bnar) klo aku dpt worst experience karna aku tdk terlihat spti mba2 sosialita :((
Tp yg plg nyenengin disni itu karna ada kucing2 lucuuu banggeeeettttt. Gemeshin.
Smoga salon yg sgt murah ini bs meningkatka kualitasnya dan merata kualitasnya ke semua macam pelaggan. Customer yg kliatan gembel lusuh kayak aku jg hrs diperlakukan setara dg customers yg dandanannya kece.
P.s. aku ga bs sertain foto karna aku pake jilbab.
Yesterday I came here for a haircut and hair spa. I was very disappointed because:
1. The Mbama is not friendly
2. When massaged, the massage is completely tasteless. I already asked to be ignored until 2x, but the pressure didn't add to the pressure, but I just thought it out while daydreaming. Smoga mbanya problems soon ended. Then right in this hair spa cream feels a little. And when given a towel, the mbanya doesn't have the intention to put it on and the shape isn't neat. My face is really weird: (((on the other day I put the towel on it, but the other one can fit like that and not loose it.
3. And the most disappointing thing is when I wait for it to be cooled. When it's my turn to be cooled, I feel like my hair is running out (like in most salons when I want it). Then when I finished, my hair was left in a mess and I was given a comb and told to comb it myself.
In fact, my friend who also treated the same and in the same hair drying process, actually even curled 2x his hair. Whereas I left and still messed up her hair and was immediately given a "mba" comb. Here SUPERRR disappointed really.
Padal dsni fairly cheap. Tota cmn after 47 thousand already absorbed hair vitamins.
Mba who cursed at the SM who like the spa org. Mba who cuts hair looks like the owner. I don't really like the results of his hair potogan because it doesn't fit exactly for my face but I don't. But it's really disappointing that you have drying drying.
Here the customers so far that I see is socialite mba2. Well, I assume (whicj not yet true) if I have the worst experience because I don't look like a socialite mba2: ((
But the ones who really like it here are because there are cute cats. Gemeshin.
Hope this very cheap salon can improve its quality and evenly distribute its quality to all kinds of customers. Customers who look shabby look like me must also be treated as equal to customers who are adorned.
P.s. I can't take photos because I wear hijab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lumayan walaipun terkesan dingin. Untuk creambath oke, massage enak. Tapi untuk potong rambut sedih banget nih hasilnya nggak simetris. Bagian poni ngga dirapihin dan ya cuma motong bagian ujungnya aja.
The service is pretty good even though it seems cold. For cream bath okay, good massage. But for a sad haircut, the results are not symmetrical. The bangs are not trimmed and they just cut off the ends.
