★ ★ ★ ★ ★ baru aja kesana pelayanan mbaknya nggak ramah sama sekali. awalnya aku liat mbaknya ngelayanin mas2 sebelum aku kok ga enak mukanya, aku pikir mungkin masnya belibet jadi gitu, ternyata...
aku langganan di kimia farma, biasanya gak di cabang ini. kebetulan lewat dan mampir. Baru tadi pagi aku beli lameson 2 capsul di apotik kimia farma kotagede itu boleh, disini nggak boleh harus setengah strip. kelarnya aku bilang makasih ke mbaknya pas obatnya dikasih dan pergi, mbaknya nggak ngucapin terimakasih dan semoga sehat selalu pun wajahnya sama sekali nggak menggubris.
trus mbaknya ngasih obatnya aja tanpa struk.
aku balik lagi dan minta struk karena aku rasa harganya ga sesuai kaya yang aku beli di kimia farma kotagede tadi pagi.
setelah dikasih struk aku otomatis bilang makasih lagi dan mbaknya juga gak jawab.
ternyata pas aku cek harganya di jalan dalam struknya ada kembalian yang mana mbaknya gak ngasih aku kembalian. meskipun nominalnya nggak gede tapi ya gak bisa gitulah. so sorry gaakan balik lagi kesana. pelayanannya nol bgt.

I subscribe to Pharma Chemistry, usually not in this branch. happened to pass by and stop by. Just this morning I bought lameson 2 capsules at the pharmacy chemota Kotagede that is allowed, here may not have to be half a strip. I finished saying thank you to her sister when the medicine was given and left, she didn't say thank you and I wish her health would always be completely ignored.
then she just gave the medicine without receipt.
I went back again and asked for a receipt because I didn't think the price was as rich as the one I bought at the chemistry of Kotagede this morning.
after being given a receipt I automatically said thanks again and miss also didn't answer.
it turns out when I check the price on the road, there is a change in the receipt, which mbak doesn't give me the change. even though the nominal is not big but it can't be like that. so sorry don't go back there again. the service is zero.
