★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointing. I went there to do smoothing but turned out totally failed after one week just after i did wash my hair. I did complaint to them, but they blaming my hair instead (fragile) which they could just assess it before the treatment, and a single hair mask as the complimentary. A horrible hair look it is now all i have. Not recommended.
