★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dokter Umum ramah, tetapi begitu kondisi pasien butuh tindak lanjut, berkesan menghindar ga kasih solusi...atau mungkin karena pasien BPJS, padahal sudah kita tawarkan menggunakan uang pribadi tetap aja tidak ada bantuan (secara kemanusiaan) kebayang bagaimana kalo orang ga mampu... terpaksa kami cari klinik lain yg berkenan membantu kami..
Wajah pelayanan medis Indonesia... menyedihkan dan menyesakkan..
 General physician services are friendly, but as soon as the patient's condition needs follow-up, it is memorable to avoid giving a solution ... or maybe because of BPJS patients, even though we have offered to use personal money, there is still no assistance (humanly speaking) to imagine if people cannot afford it. ... we were forced to find another clinic that would help us ...
The face of Indonesian medical services ... pathetic and suffocating ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mungkin adalah pasien baru di klinik ini, namun saya termasuk tipe pasien yang akan selalu datang kembali untuk periksa ke suatu klinik apabila memang pelayanan yang diberikan oleh klinik tersebut baik. Melihat beberapa review dari pasien lain, sebenarnya membuat saya ragu. Tapi saya berani untuk mengungkapkan pada akhirnya.
Saya punya nomor WA klinik, tapi hampir jarang sekali pihak klinik merespon. Apakah klinik seramai itu sampai tidak bisa membalas WA? Setahu saya, tiap saya berkunjung, tidak banyak kok yang datang untuk periksa. Apa kendalanya? Kurang SDM? Atau kenapa?
Saya masih simpan WA saya dan masih menanti pelayanan yang baik dari klinik ini. Its so sad that you open this place 24 hours but you are so bad in services. Sorry.
I may be a new patient at this clinic, but I am the type of patient who will always come back to check at a clinic if the service provided by the clinic is good. Looking at some of the reviews from other patients actually made me doubt it. But I dare to reveal it in the end.
I have a clinic WA number, but the clinic rarely responds. Is the clinic so busy that it can't reply to WA? As far as I know, every time I visit, not many people come to check it out. What are the obstacles? Lack of human resources? Or why?
I still have my WA and I am still waiting for the good service from this clinic. Its so sad that you open this place 24 hours but you are so bad in services. Sorry.

Hari ini saya ingin memberikan ulasan, semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya ini demi kenyamanan semua.
Beberapa hari yang lalu saya datang ke klinik ini jam 11 lewat kondisi klinik sudah ditutup tapi tidak semua ditutupnya, suami saya sudah tekan bel beberapa x namun tidak ada jawabannya juga, kemudian kami menunggu di halaman depan beberapa menit namun tidak ada juga yg merespon
yg ingin saya tanyakan disini, apakah klinik ini tidak buka 24 jam lagi?
nomer wa juga tidak bisa dihubungi
saya sejak awal pindah ke klinik ini dulu dr umumnya yg menangani adalah dr Azlina, pelayanannya sangat ramah sekali dan respon cepat, dokternya baik
namun sekarang2 saya bingung dokternya ganti2 terus
Mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya, jika kliniknya tidak buka 24 jam lagi mohon di update di web nya

Apakah kliniknya sekarang sudah tidak buka 24 Jam lagi ya?
Karna pada hari jum'at mlm sabtu saya nganterin istri saya untuk berobat tapi tidak ada responnya, saat itu klinik terbuka sedikit karna sudah malam juga sih
saya sudah beberapa x pencet bell tapi tidak ada yg merespon dan saya sempat tunggu beberapa menit di halaman untuk menunggu, tapi tidak ada responnya dan akhirnya saya pulang
Mohon informasinya terkait hal ini dan mohon info nomer wa yang aktiv
