★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk layanan dokter umum tidak sampai 24 jam dan di hari sabtu - minggu dokter umum tidak praktek,untuk layanan rujukan BPJS Kesehatan admin tidak selalu ada di tempat,jadi harus buat janji terlebih dahulu.
Apakah SOP nya seperti itu?
 For general practitioner services, it is not up to 24 hours and on Saturdays - Sundays general practitioners do not practice, for BPJS Health referral services the admin is not always available, so you have to make an appointment in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USG 2x d klinik ini, tpi pelayanan dr nya kurang ramah, hanya sekedar oles2 krim dan cetak fto. Antrian jga tdk dipanggil sesuai urutan
2x ultrasound at this clinic, but the service from the doctor is not friendly, just applying cream and printing photos. The queue is also not called in order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nomer antrian kaga jelas.. nomer antri 20 dipanggil mau terakhir jam 12 malem.. banyak orang yg diduluin padahal yg ngantri dari jam 8 malem aja kaga dipanggil panggil.. banyak yg ngeluh.. tetep aja pelayanannya begini.. ngapain bikin nomer urut antrian.. kalo setiap ke faskes begini terus.. diperbaiki lagi yg kek gini..
The queue number is not clear.. queue number 20 is called, the last one is at 12 pm.. many people get ahead even though those who queue from 8 pm are not called.. many complain.. the service is still like this.. why make a serial number in the queue .. every time you go to health facilities like this.. it's fixed again like this one..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya ramah, cuma terlalu kilat ga sampe 5 menit, bahkan ga didengerin detak jantungnya, cuma dibilang oke aja. Karna ga yakin dgn pemeriksaan diklinik ini, akhirnya pindah ketempat lain & ternyata bener.. ada indikasi kontraksi dini dan keliatan bgt dilayar monitor pas USG. waktu di muzzamil ga sedetail itu pemeriksaannya jd ga tau kalo ada kontraksi. Tolong diperbaiki pelayanan pasiennya ya, karna bumil kan gapunya alat USG sendiri, jd sangat bergantung pada dokter & bidan, usahakan walaupun pasien banyak tp pelayanan harus sedetail-detailnya. Terimakasih
The doctor is friendly, it's just too fast, it doesn't last 5 minutes, you can't even hear the heartbeat, it's just okay. Because I wasn't sure about the examination at this clinic, I finally moved to another place and it turned out to be true.. there are indications of early contractions and they look great on the monitor screen during ultrasound. When I was at Muzzamil, the examination wasn't that detailed, so I didn't know if there were contractions. Please improve patient care, yes, because pregnant women don't have their own ultrasound equipment, so they really depend on doctors & midwives, try even though there are many patients, the service must be in as much detail as possible. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x kesini. Sejauh ini puas ya. Kliniknya bersih. Mungkin krn pandemi efeknya klinik jadi sepi. Alhamdulillahnya ga antri. Datang, daftar, dilayani dengan baik, kemudian langsung ke dr. Umumnya. Dokternya juga ramah banget. Penjelasannya detail dan ga terburu2. Langkah2 yang harus dilakukan diberitahukan dengan jelas, obat nya pun dijelaskan buat apa, bagaimana konsumsinya. Ga diresepin antibiotik krn blum tau sakitnya krn virus atau bakteri (ga kaya dokter2 bpjs lain yg kebanyakan seringnya kasi antibiotik sebelum cek lab). Pengambilan obat pun cepet banget. Ga ada saya menunggu lama2.
2x here. So far satisfied yes. The clinic is clean. Maybe because of the pandemic, the clinic will be quiet. Thank God there's no queue. Come, register, be served well, then go directly to dr. Generally. The doctor is also very friendly. The explanation is detailed and not rushed. The steps that must be taken are clearly explained, the drugs are explained for what, how to take them. No antibiotics were prescribed because they didn't know that the illness was caused by a virus or bacteria (not like other bpjs doctors who usually give antibiotics before a lab check). Taking medicine is very fast. I don't have to wait long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat peserta bpjs yg hamil ga ada manfaat disini, mau cek lab bayar 200+, kontrol juga bayar.. banyak yg ga di cover. Saya kelas 1 tiap bulan lumayan setoran tapi apa2 gabisa. baru dtg belom duduk udh ditanya pake bpjs bu?, Harus cek lab disini, usg ditempat lain juga disuruh ulang disini. Ribet duit mulu kaya pasien umum.
For BPJS participants who are pregnant, there is no benefit here, if you want to check the lab, you will pay 200+, you will also pay for the control... many are not covered. I'm in grade 1 every month, the deposit is pretty good, but it doesn't work. Just arrived, haven't sat down, have you been asked using BPJS, ma'am?, Must check the lab here, ultrasound elsewhere was also told to repeat here. It's complicated to make money like a general patient.
