★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat di syg kan untuk poli gigi di batasi pasien 3 orang saja, dan harus swab dulu padahal anak usia 5 thn tdk ada toleransi sm sekali.
pelayanan nya kurang ramah, mungkin krn klinik satu2nya yg rame. tlg lbh di tingkatkan lg pelayanannya
 It's very sad that the dental clinic is limited to 3 patients, and you have to get a swab first even though a 5 year old child has absolutely no tolerance.
the service is not friendly, maybe because the clinic is the only one that is busy. please improve the service more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mikir dua kali lagi klo mau swab antigen di sini, antrenya lumayan tertib tapi pas di kasir udah mulai gak jelas alur pelayanannya, kasir masih bolak balik urusin hal lain. Setelah saya swab jam setengah 8 malam, hasil baru keluar jam setengah 9 itupun setelah dua kali saya tanya, plus saya diserobot oleh dua orang yg swabnya setelah saya. Yang mengecewakan sampe jam 4 besok paginya hasil antigen malah belum masuk di aplikasi pedulilindungi, apakah hasil antigen saya benar benar udh diinput ke peduli lindungi? Saya tes bertiga dengan keluarga, tapi cuma satu yg terkoneksi pedulilindungi
Think twice if you want to swab the antigen here, the antennya is pretty order but when at the cashier it starts not clearly the flow of service, the cashier is still back and forth in the other way. After I swab at half past 8 a night, the new results came out at half past 9 and then after two times I asked, plus I was baked by two people who swab after me. The disappointment until 4 tomorrow the next morning the results of the antigen instead haven't entered the application of the protector, whether my antigen results are really inputted to care about protect? I test three of them with family, but only one is connected to the protector

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak terhubung dgn NAR (KEMENKES) jadi ribet sendiri kesana kemari. Padahal bayarnya juga udah setara dgn lab lain (275rb). Lebih baik klo sudh bergejala Covid dan butuh pengobatan, cari RS atau lab yg sudah terhubung dgn NAR.
It's not connected to the NAR (Kemenkes) so it's complicated to go here and there. Even though the payment is already equivalent to other labs (275 thousand). It's better if you already have symptoms of Covid and need treatment, look for a hospital or lab that is already connected to NAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali dtg kesini, tepatnya ke dokter kandungannya. Pengen usg niatnya. Hrgnya daftar pasien baru 10rb, buku 20rb, usg 288rb (2d hitam putih gak dicetak) gatau knp ga dicetak. Blm termasuk obat/vitamin. Termasuk mahal sih buat aku. Aku taunya 2d 200an udh termasuk cetak lho. Jd pulang2 cm bawa buku KIA aja ??
The first time I came here, to be precise, to the obstetrician. Want to ultrasound the intention. The price is for a new patient list of 10 thousand, books 20 thousand, ultrasound 288 thousand (2d black and white not printed) I don't know why it's not printed. Not including drugs/vitamins. Including expensive for me. I know the 2d 200s already include printing, you know. So go home, just bring the KIA book ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi kesini baru pertama kali karena BPJS saya baru di daftarkan kantor saya kesini dan krn skrg lagi hamil, jadi penasaran seperti apa pelayanan faskes 1 BPJS saya ini,
ternyata mengecewakan ! Pelayanan kurang bagus lempar sana lempar sini, nanya2 perihal BPJS tidak terlalu di layani, saat nanya2 si mba2 nya main hp sangat tidak sopan ! saya selama ini tidak pake BPJS kalo periksa kehamilan krn BPJS nya baru jadi aja saya pengen coba pake ternyata di anggap remeh sama orang-orang disini tidak melayani sekali

dan saya ingin memastikan " apakah BPJS saya sudah bener2 aktif ? "
" tapi USG disini tidak di tanggung BPJS " nada ketus si mba2nya gajelas!
padahal saya tanya sudah aktif apa belum malah jawabannya seperti itu
Saya tanya sini ada USG berapa D mereka jawab hanya 2D untuk biayanya saya disuruh direct ke dokter kandungannya
saya diberikan nomor WA dokter dan saya tanya2 info biaya Rp 288.000 belum vitamin dll
Lumayan mahal sih menurut saya, krn biasanya saya aja biasanya periksa di (sensor tempat) itu 4D Rp 250.000 termasuk cetak dan vitamin dan pelayanannya sangat baik dan sopan daripada disini!!
Terus saya nanya lagi kira-kira BPJS saya sudah aktif apa belum takutnya nanti pas lahiran kalau ada apa-apa malah blm ada history nya jadi ribet lagi
tapi di suruh cek nanti aja, semoga nanti-nanti nya itu tidak di persulit yah :) dan semoga bisa berubah pelayanannya jadi lebih baik
This is the first time I've been here because my BPJS has just been registered by my office here and now I'm pregnant, so I'm curious what my BPJS 1 health care service is like,
turned out to be disappointing! The service is not good, throwing it here and there, asking questions about BPJS are not very served, when asking the ladies playing on the cellphone it's very rude! I haven't used BPJS so far when I check for pregnancy because BPJS is new, so I just wanted to try using it, it turns out that people here don't serve it at all
Ask about ultrasound
and I want to make sure "is my BPJS really active?"
"But the USG here is not covered by BPJS" the lady's curt tone is not clear!
even though I asked whether it was active or not, the answer was like that
I asked here how much ultrasound is there, they answered only 2D for the cost, I was told to go directly to the obstetrician
I was given the doctor's WA number and I asked for info on the cost of Rp. 288.000, not vitamins etc
It's quite expensive in my opinion, because I usually just check at the (place sensor) it's 4D IDR 250,000 including printing and vitamins and the service is very good and polite than here!!
Then I asked again about whether my BPJS was active or not I'm afraid that later when I was born, if there was anything, there wasn't even a history, so it would be complicated again
but I was told to check it later, hopefully later it won't be difficult :) and hopefully the service can change for the better
