★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk tes PCR/Antigen, sangat tidak recommended. Tidak ada nomor antrian, siap siap diserobot kalau engga nggotot. Petugas registrasi masih berseragam (sepertinya anak PKL?). Overall SDM nya kelihatan sangat tidak profesional. Tidak pakai APD dan protokol yang proper. Skrining dilakukan manual dan lama. Tidak ada petugas lain yang membantu untuk informasi. Untuk tes 31/01/22, hasilny baru bisa selesai Rabu (alasannya karena Selasa hari libur).
Untungnya daftar lewat halodoc, tentunya saya langsung cancel saja.Dengan harga yang sama, lebih baik cari rumah sakit atau klinik yang lebih bonafid.
Oiya, semua dilakukan outdoor.
For PCR / Antigen tests, it is not recommended. There is no queue number, ready to be grabbed if you don't insist. The registrar is still in uniform (looks like a street vendor?). Overall the HR looks very unprofessional. Not wearing proper PPE and protocols. Screening is done manually and takes a long time. There is no other attendant helpful for information. For the 31/01/22 test, the results can only be finished on Wednesday (the reason is because Tuesday is a holiday).
Fortunately, I registered via Halodoc, of course I immediately canceled it. With the same price, it's better to find a hospital or clinic that is more bona fide.
Oh yes, everything is done outdoors.

Bayar harga yg sama dgn klinik lain yg tempatnya nyaman, ac dan cozy, ini yg bar bar bener. Seumur umur test pcr tempat box ini utk orang yg ambil test, kita berdiri diluar, dan cara ambil nya pun riweh bgt. Utk anak kecil, ini sy kasih foto anak saya duduk di luar pas di test. Yg handle pendaftaran aja masih anak sekolah. Admin nya ga responsive seolah olah dia urus negara ga ada waktu buat jawab pertanyaan. Overall, SUPER TERRIBLE SERVICE! Kl ga sanggup kasih service buat antigen dan pcr, mending mundur saja jd brand nya ga rusak dgn service buruk.
Terrible service
Pay the same price as other clinics where the place is comfortable, air conditioned and cozy, this is a real bar. For the life of the PCR test, this box is for people who take the test, we stand outside, and the way to take it is very complicated. For small children, I will give you a photo of my child sitting outside during the test. Those who handle registration are still school children. The admin is not responsive as if he takes care of the country, there is no time to answer questions. Overall, SUPER TERRIBLE SERVICE! If you can't provide service for antigen and PCR, it's better to just step back so the brand isn't damaged by bad service.
