★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 30 januari 2022 saya dan suami mendatangi klinik semua sehat drive through yang berlokasi di palem semi tangerang. Kami mengantri lebih dari satu jam. Saat itu petugas lebih mendahului menangani yang walk in. Ketika hampir sampai giliran kami, petugas bilang bahwa layanan akan tutup sementara karena istirahat. Tidak ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya atau papan tulisan yang bisa dibaca customer mengenai jam istirahat. Dan saat itu tinggal 5 atau 6 mobil lagi yang masih sama2 mengantri dengan kami. Dengan seenaknya petugas megatakan layanan di tutup, dengan tidak mempertimbangkan waktu dan tenaga orang. Seharusnya jika memang akan tutup istirahat, bisa dilakukan tes dulu bagi yang sudah mengantri lama, dan memblok di batas akhir antrian agar. Sungguh sangat menjengkelkan dan mengecewakan.

Supposedly if it was going to close for a break, a test could be done first for those who have queued for a long time, and block at the end of the queue so that. It's very annoying and disappointing.
