saya berobat dihari itu,ditanggal itu,dan saat saya meminta surat keterangan sakit untuk hari itu juga tapi kenapa ditanggal nya dikasih tanggal hari besok..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selesai berobat saya lupa meminta surat keterangan sakit. pas balik udh ganti dokter. lalu disuruh ke dokter yang menangani. LAH ITU DATA REKAM MEDIS BUAT APA?? 2x berobat disini bkin emosi terus.
after treatment I forgot to ask for a sick certificate. when I change back, I have a doctor. then told to the doctor in charge. ARE THE MEDICAL DATA RECORDS MADE? 2x get treatment here, it keeps getting emotional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah lama ga dateng ke klinik ko baru kali ini ya saya berobat lg dapetin dokter kata kata nada yang tidak sopan kalo negur harus nya nada nya ga usah ketus dan marah marah begitu gitu dokter itu ngebantu orang berobat bukan bikin down orang jadi ngedrop saya ga tau namanya pokonya dokternya sipit dan saya bener bener kecewa dan ga mau kesini lagi ya dan dokk saya bayar obat nya ko ga gratis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu lagi berobat disini dan tanya ttg covid sama nanya ttg surat izin sakit dokternya sama sekali ga ramah, gatau nama dokternya siapa karna ga liat di meja dia ada namanya apa engga (seinget ku mata nya sipit, dan usianya mungkin sekitar 36-40an) dan mau tanya ke apoteker nya juga udh keburu pergi. Kenapa keburu pergi, karna kesel bgt dgr nada bicara dokternya yang bentak2, kalo ngasih info ya biasa aja gaperlu dgn nada bentak2 seakan pasien nya bodoh. Masa pelayan masyarakat kaya begitu??
Udah sering berobat disini dari jaman sekolah dan baru kali ini mengecewakan banget banget banget.
When I was getting treatment here and asked about covid and asked about the sick leave the doctor was not friendly at all, I don't know who the doctor was because I didn't see what his name was on the table (as I remember his eyes were slanted, and he was probably around 36-40 years old) and I want to ask the pharmacist, he's already gone too soon. Why did you leave in such a hurry, because I was so annoyed with the doctor's yelling tone of voice, if you gave information, it's normal, you don't need to shout as if the patient is stupid. Is it time for the public servant to be rich?
I've been here many times since my school days and this time it was really really disappointing.

There are doctors who are not friendly,. Especially the one named Dr.andrian if I'm not mistaken, (I'm not a doctor who handled it) I'm too lazy to go to this clinic again (even though I pay)
