Luar biasa kecewaa hari ini pelayanan nya judess parah udah gtu ngegas ga ada etitude sama sekali ,udah gtu ke bidan pertama kali periksa ga diapa''in sama sekali dan malah tanya dirumah ada obat?? Trus kalo ada ngapain gw periksa ,,hey bpjs jg bayar gw ,,terutama tu apoteker nya luar binasa songongnya ,

Layanan yg ga ada di klinik lain...
This clinic is amazingly different,,, I feel at home alone,,, patients are treated with herbal medicine,,, drink and eat, just take it yourself, it's free...
Services that are not available in other clinics...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended banget karena bisa daftar lewat WA, tinggal dateng trus kebagian pelayanan, petugasnya ramah", pelayanan ok, dengan harga yang worth it banget tapi pelayanannya berkelas, juga menerima peserta BPJS dg kualitas pelayanan yg sama. Diharapkan kedepan klinik ini lebih baik lagi baik fasilitas maupun kualitas.
Really recommended because you can register via WA, just come and get the service, the staff is friendly", the service is ok, the price is really worth it but the service is classy, also accepts BPJS participants with the same quality of service. It is hoped that in the future this clinic will be even better with better facilities as well as quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi agak kedalam dari pom bensin agak susah dicari memang, tp mudah terlihat apabila sudah masuk pom bensin.
Untuk kenyamanan lebih baik. Untuk Pelayanan ramah, prosess registrasi dan waktu tunggu tidak terlalu lama.
PASIEN bpjs terlayani juga cepat.
The location a little deep from the gas station is rather difficult to find, but it is easy to see when you enter the gas station.
For convenience even better. For friendly service, the registration process and waiting time are not too long.
PATIENTS are served fast too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya bagus padahal tapi karyawannya attitude sangat di bawah standar pekerja pelayanan medis, sama sekali tidak ramah tidak ada sopan santunnya. tolong di didik lagi karyawannya supaya punya sikap yang baik terhadap pasien.
The clinic is good even though the employee's attitude is very below the standard of medical service workers, not friendly at all, no manners. please educate the employees again so that they have a good attitude towards patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk...kejadian tgl 19.02.22 jam 13:10 saya datang kesana ketika sampa disana kondisi klinik sepi sekali didepat pintu tertulis "ruangan sesdang disteril mohon tunggu 5 sampe 15 menit" istri saya masuk untuk mengecek apa kah ada petugas yg jaga krn dr luar tidak ada siapa2 dan istrisaya bertemu 1 petugas dan petugas trsb bilang untuk menunggu 15 menit lagi dan saya menunggu 15 menit tetapi setelah saya menunggu 10 menit petugas tersebut keluar bersama temannya meninggalkan klinik dan pergi ke indomart selang 5 menit petugas tersebut kembali dan istri saya menanyakan kembali brp lama lagi kita harus menunggu dan petugas tersebut bilang 5 menit lagi sedangkan temannya bilalang 15 menit lagi dr situ saya kecewa ...dalam kondisi sedamg sakit saya disuruh untuk menuggu lagi.. sedangkan petugas nya dengan santai beristirahat yg mana setau saya rumah sakit atau klinik iti dijam istirahta pun pelayanan tetap berjalan...dan sepertinya memang sudah jd kebiasaan klinik ini sering mengabaikan org yg berobat kesana krn klunik tersebut selalu sepi dr org2 yg berobat tidak seperti klinik2 lainnya yg selalu ramai..entah krn memang sistem management nya atau krn oknumnya...mohon ditindak lanjuti oknum tersebut
The service is bad... it happened on 19.02.22 at 13:10 I came there when I got there the condition of the clinic was very quiet at the door it said "The room is being sterilized, please wait 5 to 15 minutes" my wife came in to check if there was an officer on duty because from outside there was no one and my wife met 1 officer and the officer said to wait another 15 minutes and I waited 15 minutes but after I waited 10 minutes the officer came out with his friend leaving the clinic and went to indomart after 5 minutes the officer returned and my wife asked again how much longer we have to wait and the officer said 5 more minutes while his friend said 15 more minutes from there I was disappointed ... in a sick condition I was told to wait again ... while the officer relaxedly rested which as far as I know is home sick or the clinic is at rest even though the service is still running...and it seems that it has become a habit for this clinic to often use Ignore the people who seek treatment there because the clinic is always empty of people who seek treatment unlike other clinics which are always busy.
