Good service and the doctor is great. Friendly and there is no gap between BPJs and non-BPJS patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antara dokter, lab dan staffnya gak ada kordinasi, kalau kesini buang waktu, bolak balik, gak responsif, gak mau ribet, kalau mau cek darah ditanya "anaknya rewel gak di ambil darahnya?" ya namanya jg anak2 mana ada yg diem diambil darahnya...hadeehhh
Between doctors, labs and staff there is no coordination, if it's time to waste time, back and forth, not responsive, don't want to be complicated, if you want to check the blood is asked "the child is fussy not taken blood?" yes the name is also the children where there is blood taken from the blood ... hadeehhh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal2 berobat disini bagus. Staf di depan ramah dokter nya responsif. Tapi baru kemarin berobat. Staf di depan jutek. Ngasih obat ga ngejelasin apa2. Berobat bukan nya sembuh malah makin meriang. Balik lagi nanya kenapa bisa meriang. Dokter nya malah marah2. Ngerasa ga salah diagnosa. Akhir nya pindah klinik di desaputra. Berobat malam pagi nya badan udah segeran.
Mohon di tingkatkan kinerja nya
Early treatment here is good. The staff at the front are friendly, the doctors are responsive. But only yesterday was treated. Staff in front of jutek. Give the medicine nothing to explain. Treatment is not cured even more feverish. Back again asking why it can be feverish. The doctor got angry. Feeling wrong diagnosis. Finally moved the clinic in desaputra. Morning treatment at the body already refreshed.
Please improve the performance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya ramah dan sabar tapi penurunan mutu staff yang di depan, awal2 buka ramah dan sopan bgt, makin ke sini kalau ngomong jutek dan gak sabaran. Tiap kesitu walaupun pake bpjs saya gak pernah marah2 atau minta buru2 kalau ngurus sesuatu. Tolong pelayanannya ditingkatkan. Ada beberapa hal yang bikin saya bener2 sakit hati sama staf yang di depan.
The doctor was friendly and patient but the decline in the quality of the staff in the front, the early opening was friendly and polite, the more I came here when talking jutek and not impatient. Everytime there, even though I use BPJs, I never get angry or ask for help when I take care of something. Please improve the service. There are some things that make me really hurt the staff in front.

Pegawai ramah dan sangat membantu. Terimakasih banyak sudah banyak membantu kami. Semoga pelayanan akan terus baik dan lebih baik lagi.
Very good service, satisfying. The doctor is very friendly, communicative. If the drug happens to run out in the clinic, the patient is offered a redeeming solution outside as agreed by the patient. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank you very much for helping us. Hopefully the service will continue to be good and better.
