★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdana berobat disini krna kbtulan faskes berobat dsini...tetapi apa yg di dapat dr awal pelayanan tidak bagus terutama bagian administrasinyaaa....kita sebagai pelanggan tidak menuntut hormat...tp mengapa kalau sm pasien ngmg terlalu kasar,nyolot,saya sakit bayar bukan gratisan...wajar kalau klinikny selalu sepi...saya sarankan untuk membina terlebih dahulu stag administrasinya sebelum bekerja.tolong diajarkan nilai kesopanan.terima kasih
 Prime is getting treatment here because the health facilities are getting treatment ... but what we got from the beginning of the service is not good, especially the administration ... we as customers do not demand respect ... but why if all the patients are too rude, stubborn, I'm sick pay is not free ... it is natural that the clinic is always quiet ... I suggest to first develop stag administration before work. please teach the value of politeness. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ klinik adelina ini sangatlah baik sekali..pengalaman saya minggu kemarin tgl13 sept 2019 saya minta rujukan dari klinik itu untuk rawat inap di rs terdekat..mereka tetap memberikan saya surat rujukan..padahal sebelumnya saya berobat ke puskesmas terdekat yg seharusnya saya harus ke klinik adelina..tetapi karena mereka menolong saya dan tidak mempersulit saya makanya mereka tetap meberikan saya surat rujukan itu..saya sangat berterimakasih keoada klinik adelina..harapan saya klinik adelina buka 24 jam..
this adelina clinic is very good..in my experience last week on September 13, 2019 I asked for a referral from that clinic for hospitalization at the nearest rs..they still gave me a referral letter..before I went to the nearest puskesmas that I should go to the clinic adelina..but because they helped me and didn't complicate me so they still gave me the referral letter..I am very thankful to the adelina clinic..I hope my adelina clinic is open 24 hours ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niat mau rujukan Mata, Udah enak Konsul lama di dokter. Bagian administrasi tgl 7/1/18 sangat mengecewakan.. bukanya dikasih opsi mau surat rujukan/obat. pas dikasih obat malah bilang gabisa surat rujukannya harus balik besok krn BPJS cuma bisa 1hari 1 kali diagnosa.. Kacau seleksi lagi orangnya...waktu sia2

The administration department on 7/1/18 was very disappointing ... it was given the option of wanting a reference letter / medicine. when given the medicine instead said I couldn't return the referral letter tomorrow because the BPJS can only be diagnosed once a day ... Dismissed the selection again ... time is useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya cukup baik kecuali ada seorang dokter pria. Kalo ada dia mending gak usah, daripada berantem. Tidak punya attitude, kompetensi nampak sekali pas pasan. Kalo sering konsultasi ke dokter bisa ngerasain. Dokter2 lain terutama yang perempuan baik-baik. Enak untuk konsul, Obatnya juga efektif, ketimbang pria yang tukang nyalahin pasien itu.
Mudah2an bisa dibina, Saya tidak sebut nama dengan harapan manajemen bisa memantau sendiri secara objektif.
Selebihnya saya suka adelina. Terima kasih.
Actually it's quite good unless there is a male doctor. If there is he better not need, rather than fight. Have no attitude, competence seems just barely. If you often consult a doctor can feel. Other doctors, especially good women. It's good for the consul. The medicine is also effective, rather than the man who blamed the patient.
Hopefully it can be fostered, I don't mention names in the hope that management can monitor themselves objectively.
The rest I like adelina. thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali kesini utk mengantar Ibu, Kliniknya lantai 2, dan apotik kimia farma lantai 1. Ibu saya sudah lansia, jd sdh ga bisa naik tangga, Alhamdulillah ga perlu naik ke atas lantai 2 karena Dokternya bersedia turun , staff semua ramah. Dokternya juga sabar menjelaskan, terima kasih banyak.
This is my first time here to take Mom, the clinic is on the 2nd floor, and the Kimia Farma pharmacy on the 1st floor. My mother is elderly, so I can't take stairs, Alhamdulillah, I don't have to go up to the 2nd floor because the doctor is willing to come down, the staff are all friendly. The doctor also patiently explained, thank you very much.
