★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa saya beeobat hari jumat sering berobat di situ, sekalinya berobat di situ dokternya cemberut, dokter macam apa itu ke pasiennya yang kurang ramah tamahnya dokternya terimaksih untung aja saya gak kenapa² minum obat 2 dan alhamdulilah udh sembuh trims
 I'm disappointed that I get treatment on Fridays, I often get treatment there, once I get treatment there the doctor frowns, what kind of doctor is that to a patient who is not friendly, the doctor is so friendly, thank you, fortunately, I don't mind taking medicine 2 and thank God I'm cured, thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan daftar/regristrasi kurang. Tiap datang kesana mau kontrol lalu Regristrasi dlu dibagian pendaftaran padahal banyak sekali staff/suster tpi mereka sibuk dgn gadget masing2. Ada yg dekat meja & depan komputer sya datang dia lihat sya dia malah diam aja. Tolong dongg untuk bagian pendaftaran hrus di perhatikan lagi, banyak yg ngantri tpi staff pda sibuk sendiri, harusnya ada staff yg standby untuk bagian pendaftaran nya.
Padahal Pelayanan USG/kontrol hamil paling ok disana, apalagi dengan bidannya, bidannya memberi arahan yg jelas pda calon ibu awal. Kita bisa bertanya pada bidannya apasaja, dia menjawab dgn baik.
Lack of registration/registration services. Every time I come there I want to check and then register at the registration section even though there are a lot of staff/nuns but they are busy with their own gadgets. There is someone near the desk & in front of the computer, when he comes he sees him, he just stays silent. Please, please pay attention to the registration section, there are many who are queuing but the staff is busy on their own, there should be staff on standby for the registration section.
Even though ultrasound services/pregnancy control are the best there, especially with the midwife, the midwife gives clear directions to the early mother-to-be. We can ask the midwife anything, she answered well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah yg ke dua kaliNya USG cek kandungan di klinik Aras, perawat dan Bidannya sangat ramah dan enak banget nerangin tentang keadaan kandungan kita ... harganya juga relatif murah banget buat pelayanan sebagus ini, semoga semakin sukses Klinik Aras .
It's the second time that ultrasound checks the womb at the Aras clinic, the nurses and midwives are very friendly and really nice to explain about the state of our womb ... the price is also relatively cheap for a service like this, I hope Aras Clinic will be more successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup kecewa saya dengan layanan PCR disini, karna data saya tidak langsung di follow up ke Kemenkes dan Peduli lindungi. Harus ditelpon dulu baru di kerjakan. Data antigen saya aja update setelah 2 jam saya tes antigen kenapa di sini hasil pcr jam 5 Pagi keluar (bayar 550.000) tp updatenya harus di ingetin. Moga lebih baik lagi yak Klinik aras
I am quite disappointed with the PCR service here, because my data is not immediately followed up to the Ministry of Health and Care to protect. You have to call first before doing it. I just updated my antigen data after 2 hours I tested the antigen why here the PCR results at 5 am came out (paying 550,000) but the update must be remembered. Hopefully it's even better, Aras Clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini udah 2x buat tes covid, tapi yg terakhir saya agak kecewa dengan pelayanannya terlebih saat PCR terhadap anak saya yg masih balita. Mereka memperlakukan anak saya layaknya orang dewasa dengan bilang "cepetan". Amat sangat tidak ramah anak!!! ??? Mohon pelajari dan perbaiki kualitas dalam hal melayani segala usia terutama anak2!!! Apalagi psikologi anak2 menghadapi hal ini berbeda sama orang dewasa yang lebih siap. Saya jadi ikut stres gegara menghadapi situasi tsb ????
I've been here twice for covid tests, but the last time I was a little disappointed with the service, especially during PCR on my toddler. They treated my child like an adult by saying "hurry up". Very very child friendly!!! Please study and improve the quality in terms of serving all ages, especially children!!! Moreover, the psychology of children dealing with this is different from that of adults who are more prepared. I'm so stressed because of facing the situation

Pertama datang katanya dokternya ada di hari selasa jam 1, bela2in izin kerja hari selasa pas dateng ke situ lagi katanya dokternya ada di jam setengah 3. Pas minta nomor adminnya aku chat dan minta jadwal dokter kandungannya, udah aku chat 2x eh diread doang dan ga ada balasan sama sekali. Gak memuaskan! Akhirnya memutuskan untuk periksa di RSU Bunda margonda dan sangat memuaskan pelayanannya
Been here 2x, and failed to check. The first time he came, he said the doctor was on Tuesday at 1, defended his work permit on Tuesday when he came there again he said the doctor was at half past 3. When I asked for the admin number I chatted and asked for the schedule for the obstetrician, I've chatted 2x, just read it and didn't no reply at all. Not satisfying! Finally decided to check at Bunda Margonda General Hospital and was very satisfied with the service
