karena suami saya bekerja, saya dtng seorang diri ke klinik untuk mengecek kehamilan saya karna sudah 9bln, sampai disana, bidan sedang tidak ada ditempat, saya pun langsung plng.
Hari ke 2
saya dtng lg kesana, jawaban yg sama ( bidan tidak ada di tempat ). saya dengan sabar langsung plng.
Hari ke 3
Sebelum kesana saya menelpon terlebih dahulu mengcekan bidan ada ditempat/tidak, jabawab customer service nya bilang ada. Dan saya pun langsung brngkt kesana.
Sesampainya disana, pihak pelayanan bilang biadan tidak ada ditempat.
Istri saya menjawab : jika memang dipersulit menggunakan bpjs, saya bayar tunai pun tidak apa-apa.
Pihak pelayanan menjawab tunggu 1jam.
Saya pun plng dengan menangis kecewa dengan pelayanan nya.
saya sudah capek-capek dtng kesana seorang diri hanya ingin mengecek kehamilan saya,
Kenapa di persulit seperti ini.
Jika memang tidak bisa menggunakan bpjs tinggal sampaikan saja, jangan mempersulit seperti ini. Sampai saya 3x bulak balik.Saya pasti bayar tunai jika memang tidak bisa menggunakan bpjs.

because my husband works, I came alone to the clinic to check my pregnancy because it was 9 months, when I got there, the midwife was not there, I immediately asked.
Day 2
I came there again, the same answer (the midwife wasn't there). I patiently direct plng.
Day 3
Before going there, I called first to check whether the midwife was there or not, the customer service answer said yes. And I immediately went there.
When they got there, the service said the midwife wasn't there.
My wife replied: if it's really difficult to use BPJS, I'll pay in cash too, it's okay.
The service replied to wait 1 hour.
I also tearfully disappointed with his service.
I'm tired of coming there alone just want to check my pregnancy,
Why is it difficult like this?
If you really can't use bpjs, just say it, don't make it difficult like this. Until I go back and forth 3 times. I will definitely pay cash if I can't use BPJS.

The place is nice, clean, comfortable. The nurses and doctors are friendly. The medicine is suitable, especially if you use a patent medicine.

It's really bad this clinic is not very comfortable, the air conditioner is not cold, so it's hot and stuffy, please fix the air conditioner so that the patient is comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini klinik paling parah yang pernah saya temui, tadi sekitar jam 14 saya kesini buat test antigen, hasilnya positif. Padahal saya butuh hasil pasti karena saya mau naik pesawat ke kampung, karena orangtua saya meninggal. Lalu saya jam 19 an tadi test antigen di RS, dan hasilnya negatif. Tiket saya sudah hangus dan tidak ada tiket lagi untuk penerbangan besok ke kampung saya. Saya gak bisa melihat orangtua saya untuk terakhir kalinya karena klinik yg luar biasa ini. Jadi buat yang lain tolong mikir 100000kali untuk datang swab ke klinik ini. Gak pasti hasilnya.BERIKUT SAYA LAMPIRKAN BUKTI dari klinik ini (foto atas) dan hasil dari salah satu RS ternama di INDONESIA(foto bawah) dan pembatalan tiket pesawat karena hasil Tes dari klinik ini. Di hari yg sama. #Saya rugi materi, waktu dan nama saya tercantum Positif di aplikasi PEDULI LINDUNGI, padahal hasil tes nya belum pasti. Waspadalah!!!
This is the worst clinic I've ever met, at around 14 I came here for an antigen test, the results were positive. Even though I need definite results because I want to take a plane to the village, because my parents died. Then I did an antigen test at the hospital at 19 o'clock, and the result was negative. My ticket has been forfeited and there are no more tickets for tomorrow's flight to my village. I couldn't see my parents one last time because of this amazing clinic. So for others, please think 100000 times to come swab to this clinic. I'm not sure about the results. HERE I ATTACH THE EVIDENCE from this clinic (above photo) and the results from one of the leading hospitals in INDONESIA (below photo) and flight ticket cancellations due to the test results from this clinic. On the same day. #I lost material, time and my name is listed Positive in the CARE PROTECTION application, even though the test results are uncertain. Beware!!!
