Kenapa bidan klo ngelayanin lama lama bgt, 1 pasien bisa 15menit lebih heran ngapain ajah. Padahal gak ada alat USG juga disini. Antrian kelamaan nunggu mana ibu hamil kelamaan duduk pegel... Apaan sih yg di omongin?
Why do midwives take so long to serve, 1 patient can take 15 minutes more wondering what to do. Even though there is no ultrasound equipment here either. Waiting in line for a long time, where are pregnant women sitting for a long time... What are you talking about?

Pelayanan buruk sekali,terutama staff pendaftaran. Saya sebelumnya dateng mau ke poli gigi dibilang tutup dan buka hari kamis dan dia bilang jam 10 untuk poli gigi & saya disuruh dateng jam 10an,sy dateng lagi kamis jam 11 lewat mau daftar dibilang sudah penuh karna udah banyak yg daftar dari jam 8 aneh. Padahal saya cuma mau minta surat rujukan aja,meskipun harus di periksa dokter tapi gak makan waktu lama kan seharusnya bisa kenapa enggak? Not recommended disini,karna sebagus apapun kliniknya kalo first impression pelayanannya udah gak enak orang juga bakalan males.
Very bad service, especially the registration staff. I previously came to the dental clinic and said it was closed and open Thursday and he said 10 o'clock for the dental clinic & I was told to come at 10 o'clock, I came again Thursday at 11 o'clock and wanted to say the list was full because there were many who registered from 8 o'clock strange. Even though I just want to ask for a referral letter, even though I have to be checked by a doctor but it doesn't take long, right, why not? Not recommended here, because no matter how good the clinic is, if the first impression of the service is not good, people will also be lazy.

Pelayanan di klinik hyegea tdk profesional, saya pertama berobat anak saya tgl 11 febuari 2022 jam 19.05 karena saya tau pendaftaran tutup jam 19.30, saat itu antrian banyak sekali, jam 19.35 ada seorang ibu ingin mendaftar, perawat mengatakan tdk bisa karena sudah lewat jam pendaftaran, tutup jam 19.30 dan sedang bnyk antrian pasien, tdk lama dari itu, entah mengapa ibu dan anak tersebut bisa di layanin dan masuk mendahului kami pasien lain yg sedang antri, saya dan adik saya bertanya kepada perawat knp bisa masuk terlebih dahulu tanpa antri, perawat berbohong jika ibu menunggu di luar, krn saya tau ibu tersebut awal di tolak namun entah mengapa bisa di layani dan masuk di periksa lbh dahulu, kami complaint kepada perawat, perawat mengatakan krn pasien tersebut adalah keluarga dokter, menurut saya sebagai tenaga medis harus profesional dalam bekerja, jangan krn keluarga tdk mengikuti aturan yg ada, baik dari perawat dan dokter tdk profeional, saya tdk tau nama dokter dan perawat yg berdinas saat itu, silahakan di cek di jadwal dinas, agar2 pasien lain tdk merasakan apa yg saya rasakan, ini contoh kasus yg sangat tidak baik, terimakasih
The service at the Hyegea clinic is unprofessional, I first treated my child on February 11, 2022 at 19.05 because I know registration closes at 19.30, at that time there were a lot of queues, at 19.35 there was a mother who wanted to register, the nurse said she couldn't because it was past registration time, closed at 19.30 and there were a lot of patient queues, not long after that, somehow the mother and child were able to be served and entered before us another patient who was queuing, my sister and I asked the nurse why did we get in first without queuing, the nurse lied if the mother waits outside, because I know that the mother was initially rejected but somehow she was able to be served and checked in first, we complained to the nurse, the nurse said because the patient is a family doctor, in my opinion, as a medical worker, you must be professional at work , don't be because the family doesn't follow the existing rules, both from nurses and unprofessional doctors, I don't know the names of the doctors and nurses who are rdinas at that time, please check the service schedule, so that other patients don't feel what I feel, this is an example of a very bad case, thank you

1x ke dokter umum agak kurang sih kalau mau berobat bisa langsung daftar ditempat saat itu 2x ke dokter kulit (dr. Qatrah) oke kalau mau berobat harus 1 hari sebelumnya, kadang suka ditelp untuk reschedule
