★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Butuh sekali peningkatan pelayanan. Terutama dengan keramahan pegawainya yang sangat kurang. Plus kalau ditambah fasilitas wifi. It would be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan bener bener payah, pasien tidak dilayani dengan baik, saya disuruh buka dan tutup pintu sendiri,, pelayanan amat amat buruk, saya disuruh lepas sepatu masuk klinik, sedangkan staff nya bebas menggunakan alas kaki,, memeriksa sambil ngobrol dengan staf lain, butuh trainning attitude , tolong kedepannya pelayanan nya lebih sopan lagi, jangan melayani pasien se enaknya, kami mengeluarkan uang loh.
the service was really bad, the patient was not served well, I was told to open and close the door myself, the service was very bad, I was told to take off my shoes to enter the clinic, while the staff were free to wear footwear, check while chatting with other staff, need training attitude, please in the future the service is more polite, don't serve patients as deliciously, we spend money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman saya selama menjadi pasien di azzahra :
1. Pelayanan dan karyawannya sangat sopan, baik, dan ramah.
2. wifinya sangat kencang, sehingga meng-akses youtube aja cepat. cepat atau lambat sebenernya tergantung dari banyaknya orang yang memakai wifi.
3. memang sebelumnya ada penembakaan, tetapi itu di luar urusan medical. karna peristiwa tersebut merupakan hal pribadi masing" orang. dan seharusnya tidak ada sakut pautnya dengan medical sama sekali. lagi pula setau saya perusahaan ini sudah mengadakan pengajian dengan anak yatim piatu di kantor medical dan di bangun ulang. jadi lebih bagus.
4. Dari segi lingkungannya, medical ini termasuk yang terbersih, rapi dan juga sejuk ruangannya. di tambah lagi ada tv yg bisa kita tonton untuk menunggu no.antrian kita.

Untuk improvisasi aja, prokes sedikit kurang mohon di tingkatkan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya baik, perawat dan dokternya juga ramah banget?, saya sempet konsul juga dengan dokternya, dan dia sangat ramah tama.
Mengenai hasil tes antigennya juga cepet banget, saya disana sambil nunggu hasil tes saya sempet dikasih air aqua gelas gitu, dan harganya juga bersaing loh guys, pokoknya pelayanannya terbaik sih menurutku.
Mengenai kasus penembakkan itu kan dari masalah pribadi karyawan, bukan masalah perusahaan. Jadi gak ada kaitannya sih sama pelayanan perusahaan.
