Alhamdulillah berapa kali priksa ke hamilan dan berobat di klinik Pradana selalu di layani dengan bidan yang ramah dan baik obat dan vitamin yang di kasih juga Alhamdulillah cocok. Mudah" dari mulai periksa Samapi lahir tetap di klinik ini karna ngrasa udah cocok banget sama bidanya Semoga kliniknya makin sukses dan para bidan serta tenaga medisnya selalu di berikan kesehatan.?? Klinik Pradana memang pilihan??
Alhamdulillah, how many times did I check my pregnancy and get treatment at the Pradana clinic, it was always served by a friendly and kind midwife, the medicine and vitamins I gave were also suitable. It's easy, from the time you check it out until you're born, you stay at this clinic because you feel like you're really compatible with the midwife Hopefully the clinic will be more successful and the midwives and medical personnel will always be given health.?? Pradana Clinic is a choice ??

Ga banget deh, saya baru memakai bpjs karena biasa pakai jalur umum, itu juga direkomendasiin sama Dokter rumah sakit kalau ada bpjs coba aja diurus apalagi saya katanya kelas tingkat 1 sayang ga pernah digunakan 3 tahun, akhirnya saya coba urus dan faskes pertama saya kebetulan disni, saya dtg yaampun sangat tidak ramah dan malah kesannya kayak pengemis, uda nanya baik2 dan jelasin, malah kayak lgsg dibodoamatin dan ga di jelaskan lebih lanjut bgmn yg benar mengurusnya, malah disuruh pulang dan balik lg besoknya, trs saya malemnya daftar dri mobile JKN di aplikasi praktek jam 08:00-20:00 tp katanya jam 9 baru buka, jam 8 pagi masih kosong. Saat dtg juga gaada kata sambutan selamat pagi dsb, malah sibuk sendiri, org dtg ga ditanya malah pasiennya yg harus aktif, uda nanya malah diketusin dijudesin.. Ga kebayang kalo pasien gawat darurat gimana dipersulit jga kah apalagi pakai bpjs bakal disuruh pulang dlu? Baca2 review kirain ga segitunya, ternyata parah banget lebih parah dari tulisan yg ada. Kacau banget, ga rekomendasi buat jd faskes pertama bpjs kalau bisa pindah dan cari klinik yg berbayar murah atau sekalian ke rumah sakit.. Drpd disni cmn nguras emosi aja..
Not really, I'm new to using BPJS because I usually use the public route, it's also recommended by the hospital doctor, if there is BPJS, try to take care of it, especially I said level 1, unfortunately I haven't used it for 3 years, finally I tried to take care of it and my first health facility happened to be here , I came, sorry, very unfriendly and even felt like a beggar, I asked nicely and explained it, it was like I was being ignored and didn't explain further how to properly take care of it, instead I was told to go home and come back the next day, then I registered at JKN mobile at night practice application at 08:00-20:00 but it says at 9 it just opens, at 8 in the morning it is still empty. When they arrived, there was no greeting, good morning, etc., they were even busy themselves, the people who came were not asked, even the patients who had to be active, had asked and were told they were judged.. Can you imagine if an emergency patient is in an emergency, how will it be difficult, especially if you use BPJS, you will be sent home first? Reading the reviews, I thought it wasn't like that, it turned out to be much worse than what was written. It's really messy, I don't recommend being the first BPJS Health facility if you can move and find a clinic that pays cheaply or go to the hospital.

Saluttt dengan pelayanan nya & prokes nya masih tetap berjalan,tidak sprti klinik yg lain masih berkerumun dan abai prokes...sehatΒ² selalu yaa para nakes.
Salute to the service & the procedure is still running, unlike other clinics, they are still crowding and ignoring the procedure... always stay healthy, health workers.

Setiap saya berobat di poli umum maupun poli gigi saya merasa baikkan setelahnya. Pelayanan nyaman, baik dan sopan. Terutama pelayanan di lab laboratoriumnya sangat ramah baik dan sopan. Semoga klinik ini mampu berkembang lagi menjadi rumah sakit. Aamiin
Every time I go to the general clinic and dental clinic I feel good afterwards. Comfortable, good and polite service. Especially the service in the laboratory lab is very friendly and polite. Hopefully this clinic can develop into a hospital again. Aamiin

Pelayanan yang buruk.. mungkin lebih baik belajar service excellent dulu untuk resepsionnya agar lebih memperhatikan nada dan kata-kata dalam menyambut pasien.
Bad service.. maybe it's better to study service excellent first for the reception so that they pay more attention to the tone and words in welcoming patients.

Saya juga pengusaha tapi bukan punya klinik, kalo ada yg kasih rating bintang di bawah 4 justru saya langsung kasih arahan ke karyawan buat perbakan pelayanan publik, ini klinik juga kan ga besar2 amat masa sih pelayanan aja bisa sampe pada cuek2 apalagi ada dokter umum yg mungkin berilmu tapi sayangnya ga punya sikap kepedulian yang tinggi. Kalo ada bintang minus saya kasih -100buat klinik ini beserta pegawainya ?

Ngga benar klo yg ngasih ranting di bawah 5,, Sy sdh merasakan berobat di klinik ini dan nyatanya ramahΒ², wajar klo karyawan nya istirahatnya lama Krn melayani pasien bukan 1 atau 2 orang,, Seandainya kita ada di posisi mereka,melayani pasien yg sakit ringan sampe sakit parah..,itu butuh tenaga & pikiran..
It's not true that those who give branches below 5,, I have experienced treatment at this clinic and in fact it is friendly, it's natural for employees to take long breaks because they serve patients not 1 or 2 people,, If we were in their position, serving patients who are mildly ill to seriously ill.., it takes energy and mind..

Dateng jm 1 siang Kirain jm 12 sampe 1 siang para petugas pada istirahat. Padahal jm satu siang dah banyak yg antree tp perugas masih gk ada (kosong). Gk tahu saya jm istirahatnya para petugas. Setelah jm setengah duaan lebih ada petugas yg nongol juga ?. Untuk dokternya gk tahu ya ramah atau gimna? soalnya saya nganter istri berobat. Klo saya lihat dari sekilas dari jauh pelayanannya sih kurang ramah ???. Tidak murah senyum? seperti jika bulan tua(lom gajian) Saran saya ya semoga para petugas bekerja tepat waktu ??. Lebih ramah lg cara penyambutannya Maaf jika ada yg tersingung tiada maksud untuk menjelekan semata tp hanya untuk saran agar kedepannya lebih baik??? Treimz
Come at 1 pm Think 12 to 1 pm the officers are on break. Even though at one in the afternoon there were already many in line, but there was still no staff (empty). I don't know when the officers take a break. After half past two, there are officers who appear too . As for the doctor, I don't know if it's friendly or something, because I took my wife for treatment. If I look at it from afar, the service is not friendly ???. Not smiling like if the moon is old (payday lom) My advice is that the officers work on time ??. It's more friendly how to welcome Sorry if anyone offended, no intention to insult, but only for advice so that in the future it will be better??? Treimz
