★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadinya saya mau kasih bintang 5 karna pelayanannya yg bagus tetapi saya berubah fikiran karna 1 kesalahan fatal yg di lakukan oleh pihak klinik,waktu itu saya berobat dan keluhan saya sakit telinga dan saya di kasih obat tetes dan obat tablet tetapi pas di rumah saya mau tetesin ke telinga saya,saya lihat ternyata itu obat tetes mata karna ada gambar mata di botol obat tetes tersebut,keesokan harinya saya kembali lagi ke klinik untuk menanyakan hal tersebut dan alasan perawat nya karna pasien terlalu ramai padahal waktu saya periksa itu pasien disitu cuma saya sendirian. Tolong ya pihak klinik rohmatan nur al amim di perbaiki lagi kinerjanya ini sangat amat bahaya,coba kalo saya ga liat lagi botolnya kalo itu obat tetes mata aduh bisa tambah parah mungkin telinga saya. Mohon di perbaiki lagi ya kinerjanya :) terimakasih
 At first I wanted to give a 5 star because the service was good but I changed my mind because of one fatal mistake made by the clinic, at that time I was treated and complaints I had earaches and I was given drops and tablets but right at home I wanted drops to my ear, I saw that it was eye drops because there was a picture of the eye on the bottle of drops, the next day I went back to the clinic to ask that and the reason the nurse was because the patient was too busy even though when I checked it the patient there was just me . Please, the Rohmatan Nur al Amim clinic is repaired again. This performance is very very dangerous, try if I don't see the bottle again, if that eye drops can be worse my ears might get worse. Please correct the performance :) thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat kecewa dgam petugas hari ini meminta untuk periksa kehamilan dr pgi,ktnya adanya sore stelah sy kembali keklinik taunya disuruh bwa KK,FC KTP,kenap tidak bilng dr pgi klo harus membawa persyartan itu karna sy periksa SDh tdk kuat menahan sakit dada sebelah kiri tembus kepunggung karna sy LG hamil 5bulan tolong buta kepada petugasnya jgn menyepelekan org hamil ,sy harus bolak2 balik keadaan sy yg LG lemah dgn enknya petugas menolak ,,,,,ini sangat keterlaluan hrs diproses buta mba petugasnya klo terjd apa2 dgan sya dan bayi saya;!!
I'm very disappointed with the officer today asking for a pregnancy check from morning, because in the afternoon after I returned to the clinic, I was told to bring my family card, FC ID card, why didn't you tell me that morning when I had to take the requirements because I checked SD I couldn't stand the left chest pain. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . through my back because I'm 5 months pregnant LG please be blind to the staff, don't underestimate pregnant people, I have to go back and forth my situation is weak and the staff refuses,,,,, this is too much, the officer has to process it blindly, if anything happens to me and my baby ;!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sebenarnya udah bagus, tapi aneh pada bagian apoteknya.
Waktu itu saya udah diperiksa oleh dokter, dokter mendiagnosa saya kena gejala tipes dan akan langsung diberikan antibiotik. Tapi pada saat saya kasih resep dokter itu ke apoteker, apotekernya seperti tidak membaca resep dokternya dan malah bertanya2 kembali keluhan penyakit saya seperti yg sudah dokter lakukan. Pada akhirnya obat yg saya terima hanya paracetamol dan obat lambung, sedangan antibiotik tidak diberikan seperti yg dokternya bilang. Bukankah tugas apoteker hanya tinggal mengikuti resep dari dokternya?
The service is actually good, but weird in the part of his pharmacy.
At that time I was examined by a doctor, the doctor diagnosed my symptoms of typhoid and will be immediately given antibiotics. But when I give the doctor's prescription to the pharmacist, the pharmacist was like not reading the prescription and instead asked again my illness like the doctor did. In the end the drug I received was only paracetamol and gastric drug, the antibiotics were not given as the doctor said. Isn't the job of a pharmacist just just take part in the prescription from the doctor?
