Subhanallah.. Pelayananya mengecewakan! Udah nunggu 2 jam ngga dipanggil"ternyata untuk cek giginya tidak tersedia?petugas gaada yang info lagi kalau nggak tersedia?amat sia sia saya menunggu ?? amat burukkkkkkkk sekkali

Daftar gigi pake sistem booking, jdi lebih nyaman ga terlalu lama nunggu, perawat dan dokter giginya helpfull walaupun saya oengguna BPJS, sukses terus ya klinik permata husada citaringgul, Bravo

Pelayanannya benar-benar buruk sekarang untuk daptar ke Dokter gigi saja susah, Bagian petugas poli giginya memberikan informasi yang kurang baik, Setiap saya mau daptar tidak pernah bisa di karenakan sudah penuh dan di lempar ke hari-hari berikutnya, Saya balik lagi ke klinik tetap saja sama dengan alasan penuh. Mentang-Mentang saya pakai bpjs ya jadi apa-apa sulit ?

Untuk kedokter gigi ini, drg Tiana. Perlu tip dan trik tersendiri. Bagi peserta BPJS, perlulah ambil nomor jauh lebih awal. Perhatikan pula jadwal praktek dokter. Sediakan waktu tunggu minimal 1 jam karena memberi kesempatan drg menempuh perjalanan sampai Klinik. Pelayanannya ramah dan cepat serta benar2 menjaga prokes.

Suami saya sakit berobat ke klinik permata husada, kebetulan dr. Syahrul yg jaga. dokter yg sangat ramah, kebetulan suami saya gk bisa kerja saat itu dan minta surat dokter di kasih. Dan hari keduanya suami saya masih sakit berobat lah, dan yg jaga dr. Apip, otomatis suami saya blm bisa masuk kerja dong karna dari awal kata dr. Syahrul suami saya gejala tipes. Setelah berobat lg yg jaga dr. Apip dia bilang surat dokter di dpn ya.. tapi stelah minta di dpn kenapa tidak d ksih ya? Alasannya apa kalau boleh tau? SUAMI SAYA GK BAKAL minta surat dokter kalau dia gak bner2 sakit. Tolong dong pelayanannya diperbaiki lagi.
