★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kurang memuaskan, banyak waktu tunggunya padahal pasien cuma saya aja. Dokter dan resepsionis pendaftaran nya kurang ramah. Seperti ga terlalu niat menangani pasien. Sangat kontras sekali performa pelayanan nya jika dibandingkan klinik kedua nya yg ada di Cibitung.
The service is not satisfactory, a lot of time is waiting even though the patient is just me. The doctor and receptionist were unfriendly. Like not too intent on handling patients. Very contrasting the performance of his service when compared to his second clinic in Cibitung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong pelayanan dipendaftaran lebih ramah & sopan ,kita pasien bayar meskipun pake BPJS .seringnya tuh orang bentak2 pasien .....?
Please, the service at registration is more friendly & polite, we are patients who pay even though we use BPJS. Often people yell at patients.....?

Tapi jangan coba-coba berobat hari Kamis.
Dokternya sentimen, ceramah gak penting, ngomong hal gak ngenakin berulang-ulang kali, apalagi kalo nanya-nanya soal obat, wadoh, jangan dah, oh iya, kalo nanya "kira-kira kenapa ya Dok bisa begini", ini juga jangan, ujungnya pasti jawab "emang saya dokter pribadi kamu?". ???
Selain dia, dokternya baik-baik semua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget ini pelayanannya!!! Ditelpon buat nanya swab antigen, jawabannya ketus banget, belum selesai nanya langsung ditutup. Ditelpon lagi ga ada minta maaf ? dokternya diajak konsul males-malesan. Duh semoga gaji dan tunjangan nakes di sana dinaikin biar ga banyak tekanan hidup dan bisa melayani pasien dan calon pasien dengan baik.

Called again, no apology the doctor invited the consul to be lazy. Duh, I hope the salaries and allowances of the health workers there will be increased so that there is not a lot of pressure in life and can serve patients and prospective patients well.
