★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama x menggunakan layanan bpjs diklinik ini..pelayanan bagus dari satpam sampai pendaftarannya berjalan dengan baik.
First x using the bpjs service at this clinic.. good service from the security guard until the registration went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pendftarannya lalai udah daftar tapi ga dikirim kedokternya.. jadi nunggu dipanggil dokternya lama.. yg dateng belakangan malah udah dipanggil dokter
The registration was negligent, already registered but not sent to the doctor.. so it took a long time to wait for the doctor to call.. the one who came later was already called by a doctor

Biaya rapid test disini Rp. 150.000 pakai traveloka.
Tapi sayang frontlinernya sangat tidak ramah dan tidak informatif, perlu ditingkatkan pelayanan frontlinernya.
The place is easy to reach, the clinic is clean and comfortable and there is a car park.
The rapid test fee here is Rp. 150,000 using traveloka.
But unfortunately the frontliner is very unfriendly and uninformative, the frontliner service needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran aja buat bapak ibu.. kalo ada yang lain sih mendingan lainnya aja.. pelayanan kurang baik apalagi mendekati jam2 istirahat.. bisa diauruh keluar dari ruangannya.. memang demi kemanan mereka juga sih.. cuma kalo udah dapet admin yang jelek lalu sok itu mati lah haha.. gayanya ampun.. udah kayak manager hotel bintang 5 yang super sibuk.. pengen difotoin orangnya yang mana biar pada tau cuma saya takut handphone saya rusak gara2 ada foto dia.. ???
Just a suggestion for ladies and gentlemen ... if there are others, it is better just ... the service is not good especially when it comes to rest hours ... can he send him out of his room ... it's for their safety too ... only if he gets a bad admin then pretentious it's dead haha .. the style is good .. it's like a 5 star hotel manager who is super busy .. I want to get a photo of the person so that I know it's just that I'm afraid my cellphone is damaged because there's a photo of him .. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yang bermitra dengan maskapai Garuda Indonesia dan Citilink untuk rapid test antigen. Bisa juga langsung datang ke klinik untuk rapid antigen dengan biaya 250rb, hasilnya dapat ditunggu +- 1jam.
Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, dan sejuk. Petugas pelayanan ramah.
Clinics that partner with Garuda Indonesia and Citilink for rapid antigen test. You can also come directly to the clinic for rapid antigen at a cost of 250 thousand, the results can be waited for + - 1 hour.
The place is comfortable, clean and cool. Friendly service clerk.

Tidak humanis terhadap pengunjung, ketika dijam istirahat tidak ada yg standby 1 pun dilobby, semua perawat asik ngobrol & bercanda diruang belakang, padahal banyak pasien yg menunggu didpn, bahkan ada yg urgent, Jarak pendaftaran, perawatan, penebusan obat terlalu lama untuk 1 pasien
SLOW SERVICE ! Not humane to visitors, during break time no one is on standby in the lobby, all nurses are cool to talk and joke in the back room, even though there are many patients waiting in front, there are even urgent ones, the distance for registration, treatment, drug redemption is too long for 1 patient
