di tolak padahal di reklame tidak ada tulisan palayanan anti gen di buka dari jam berpa smpe jam berpa. Sangat kecewa , ! Pelayanan buruk
I came at 1 pm 15 -02-2022 to do an antigen test, but it was not served for reasons that are not clear/
was rejected even though in the advertisement there was no written anti-gen service, it was opened from what time until what time. Very disappointed , ! Bad service

Bahasa, gaya bicara, dan etika yg harus di terapkan ketika melayani pasien lebih di tingkatkan lagi... Dan saran untuk pihak manajemen mungkin punya solusi, contoh bisa menaikan harga jasanya agar staf lebih semangat dan profesional, tp juga jgn membebankan ke pasien.
