★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah, kalau di ditanganin sama dokter cowok detail banget ngasih penjelasan. Di suntik pun karna takut di kasih jarum kecil trus suntiknya di lengan, dan ga kerasa apa apa pas disuntik .
Kalau sama dokter perempuan karna pasiennya sama sama perempuan disuruhnya suntik di pantat pake jarum juga rada gede sakit, sakit berasa, habis di suntik rada bengkak. Ngasih penjelasan ga terlalu detail, kita nanya apa dia malah jawab apa, minta obat penambah darah selain sangobion malah di kasih obat multivitamin. Udah tau mimisan terus + habis haid pasti lemes kurang darah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya bbrpa kali ksini,.. adminya ramah,, dan biaya murah,.. tp yg terakhir,.. dokternya ketus,.. kami komplain malah nyerocos,,,, ok lah cukup tau... g ada komunikasi yg jelas antara admin dan dokter,..mau berobat malah di swab antigen ?,,, se nggak ngerti2nya pasien,, antara dokter dan asisten hrs ada komunikasi dong....
Actually a few times here,.. the admin is friendly, and the cost is cheap,.. but the last one,.. the doctor is curt,.. we complain instead of spending money,,,, ok, that's enough to know...there is no clear communication between admins and the doctor... want to get treatment instead of getting an antigen swab ,,, I don't understand the patient,, between the doctor and the assistant there must be communication, please....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kliniknya bersih nyaman, ada ruang tunggu khusus AC. Kami berkunjung pagi hari di jam 8an, sudah ada 2 pasien lain.
Kebetulan yg praktek saat itu dg dr. Firman, dokternya cukup baik dalam menjelaskan diagnosa.
Resepsionisnya cukup ramah dan menjelaskan dg baik, rentang waktu menunggu obat agak standar sih ga terlalu cepat, tp bukan yg lama juga nunggunya.
Diberikan no wa apabila masih ada keluhan, bisa minta kwitansi berobat, surat keterangan sakit, biaya berobat cukup terjangkau, saya kemarin 80rb dg obat2an 4 jenis (termasuk antibiotik di dalamnya)
Minusnya, saat periksa kemarin bed pasien untuk diperiksa acak2an (tidak dirapikan).
Alhamdulillah atas izin Allah, kondisi saya membaik setelah ikhtiar berobat di sini

The receptionist is quite friendly and explains well, the waiting time for the medicine is rather standard, it's not too fast, but it's not a long wait either.
If there are still complaints, you can ask for a treatment receipt, a sick certificate, the cost of treatment is quite affordable, yesterday I was 80 thousand with 4 types of drugs (including antibiotics in it)
The minus, when I checked yesterday the patient's bed was checked randomly (not tidied up).
Alhamdulillah, by Allah's permission, my condition is getting better after trying to get treatment here
