PENGALAMAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN YANG SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN !!!!!!! SISTEM ANTRIAN YANG SANGAT TIDAK BAIK DAN BIKIN LAMA !!!! Menggunakan mesin antrian harusnya membuat efisien, tapi anehnya sangat menghambat. Jam 8 pagi harusnya mesin sudah ready untuk memulai antrian, malah jam 8 pagi mesin baru dihidupkan dan untuk menghidupkan mesinnya memakan waktu lebih dari setengah jam !!!! Alhasil pendaftar yang sudah datang sebelum jam 8 menumpuk dan tidak jelas antriannya. Ditambah banyak pendaftar yang saling menerobos ingin dilayani duluan karena tidak ada sistem antrian manual pada saat kedatangan agar antriannya tertib dan adil menyesuaikan dengan jam kedatangan. Disamping SISTEM PENGAMBILAN NOMOR ANTRIAN YANG BERANTAKAN DAN TIDAK JELAS, sistem pemeriksaan oleh suster juga ANEH ! Suster memanggil nama TIDAK SESUAI DENGAN NOMOR ANTRIAN YANG TADI SUDAH SUSAH PAYAH DIDAPATKAN, suster memanggil nama pendaftar yang sebelumnya tidak ikut mengambil antrian dan mendahulukan pendaftar yang memang sudah menjadi member dan sudah pernah berobat di klinik ini (kebanyakan angkatan atau kenal dengan petugas di klinik). Jika memang klinik ini tidak siap untuk melayani masyarakat umum, tolong di privat kan saja menjadi klinik khusus angkatan atang sendjaja. atau jika memang merasa sanggup melayani masyarakat umum juga tolong lebih LAYAK DAN PROFESIONAL KARENA BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN NYAWA !!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING HEALTH SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! VERY NOT GOOD QUEUE SYSTEM AND MAKES LONG!!!! Using a queuing engine should make it efficient, but it's surprisingly slow. At 8 am the machine should be ready to start the queue, instead at 8 am the new machine was turned on and to start the engine it took more than half an hour!!!! As a result, registrants who had arrived before 8 o'clock piled up and the queue was unclear. Plus there are many registrants who push each other to be served first because there is no manual queuing system upon arrival so that the queue is orderly and fair according to the arrival time. In addition to the QUOTE NUMBER PICKING SYSTEM, which is messy and unclear, the check-up system by the nurses is also QUICK ! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The nurse calls the name NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE QUEUE NUMBER WHICH WAS HARD TO GET, the nurse calls the name of the registrant who previously did not take part in the queue and prioritizes registrants who are already members and have been treated at this clinic (most of the class or know the staff at the clinic) . If this clinic is not ready to serve the general public, please make it private and become a special clinic for the army of Sendjaja. or if you feel that you are capable of serving the general public, please be more DELIVERY AND PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE OF CONNECTION WITH LIVES!!!!!!!! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . thank you

Dokter poli Umum dan susternya Ramah dan mau mendengarkan dan berbagi ilmu atau pun rekomendasi terkait rujukan bpjs, untuk ker 2 x nya di layani oleh dokter laki laki yg baik dan tidak mempersulit rujukan bpjs, semoga pelayanannya di pertahankan. Kurangnya hanya di pelayanan pemdaftaran dan scurity saja yang kurang ramah dalam menjawab pertanyaan.
General poly doctors and their nurses are friendly and willing to listen and share knowledge or recommendations regarding bpjs referrals, for 2 x kers served by male doctors who are good and do not make it difficult for bpjs referrals, hopefully the service is maintained The lack is only in the registration service and security which is less friendly in answering questions.

Alhamdulillah saya sudah pindah fakses nya, sudah pindah ke tempat lain untuk BPJS nya, saya berobat dan di antar ibu saya, kaki saya sakit sudah hampir sebulan hampir tidak bisa jalan, saya berobat ke dokter yang cowok rada botak pake kacamata, dokternya bilang saya sakit nya mengada Ngada ( jangan di ada Adain kalo sakit mas kata dokter nya) karna asam urat, gula dan kolesterol saya baik, alhasil berobat di tempat lain ternyata saya terkena bakteri septic arthritis, makasih loh buat klinik ini, menyadarkan saya bahwa org yg pakai BPJS itu tidak boleh sakit, sakit pun di blg ngada2, semoga keluarga dokternya sehat2 ya -_-
Thank God I've moved the fax, I've moved to another place for the BPJS, I took treatment and my mother brought me, my legs hurt for almost a month and I can't walk, I went to a doctor who was a slightly bald guy wearing glasses, the doctor said I was sick It's all nonsense (don't have Adain if I'm sick, the doctor said) because my uric acid, sugar and cholesterol are good, as a result, for treatment elsewhere, it turned out that I had septic arthritis bacteria, thank you for this clinic, it made me realize that people who use BPJS it can't be sick, even sick can be made up, I hope the doctor's family is healthy -_-

Sangat sangat KECEWAA dengan pelayananya, sering sekali kecewa, kejadian kemarin saya sdh nunggu 2,5 jam tetapi pas masuk ruangan dokter, dokter bilang quota rujukan sdh habis hanya bisa 5 rujukan perhari... Harusnya hal ini bisa di info dr awal sm bagian tensi kalau quota rujukan sdh hbs, jd ga buang2 waktu sdh antri tp sia2. Besoknya sy datang lg dpt nomor 1, pas masuk keruangan dokter ternyata anak sy tdk dapat rujukan jg untuk ke spesialis mata, dokternya bilang karena memprioritaskan penyakit yg lebih parah... Dokter hanya menyarankan sy untuk ke optik saja murah ko cm 150 rb dapat kaca mata. saya sampai ngomong anak sy waiting list aja dok kapan bs di rujuk, dokter bilang klinik lg ramai kami mementingkan yg lebih penting, klo dokter ga mau ngerujuk anak sy di obatin aja di sini kasi vitamin apa lah, tp no respon di obatin engga di rujuk jg engga ( pdhl keluhan anak saya sudah tdk bs lihat tulisan di papan tulis sekolah) Dan yg paling parah saya sampai ngomong berarti sampai kapanpun anak saya tdk bs di rujuk ini dok ke spesialis mata dan dokternya jawab tidak bs bu ( hancur hati saya denger dokter jawabanya seperti itu, dzolim bgt itu dokter. " dokter cewe") KECEWA BERKALI KALI, klau pulang dari klinik ATANG SANJAYA suasana hati langsung ga enak pasti kesell!!!

The doctor only advised me to go to optics, it's cheap, I only got 150 thousand, I got glasses. I even said that my child is on a waiting list, doc, when can I be referred, the doctor said the clinic is busy, we prioritize what is more important, if the doctor doesn't want to refer my child, I'll just treat it here, give me any vitamins, but no response, it's not being referred also not (even though my child's complaint is no longer able to see the writing on the school blackboard) And the worst thing is that I have said that it means that my child cannot be referred to an eye specialist at any time, and the doctor said no, ma'am (it breaks my heart to hear the doctor's answer is like that, it's a very cruel doctor. Klinik terburuk pelayanan nya!! Jam 10.30 berobat sudah tidak bisa karna dokter sdh mau istiraht dan jumlah pasien sdh banyak!! Mana ada tenaga medis lbih mementingkan jam operasional daripada kepentingan berobat pasien !!!!
